Friendly & helpful staff, clean & a good location for local amenities
Parking spots limited & needed to use alternate parking spot chargeable @ £25 per day, was easily location for vehicle entrance, although on foot entrance needed further clarification. Full Breakfast catering more to non-uk, but was added on request.

The closeness to downtown, the bathroom amenities were nice and in good working order.
The parking garage is across the street and on the bottom floor of a garage, been nice if at least had a lift or elevator to stretch level for bags etc. not much on street parking and none around or near building since share as a apartment building.
