The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the main train station (be aware that there's a construction site around the station and you need to go around, which adds 5-6 more minutes).
The staff was welcoming and nice.
We have been lucky to receive a room facing the quiet inner courtyard. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.
Breakfast was varied and tasty.
The room was small, quite difficult for 2 people with a big luggage to move around.
No amenities in the bathroom and no fridge in the room, which was very disappointing.

The hotel is nicely designed inside, and the rooms are a good size. We upgraded to a a 7th floor room with a terrace and this is great for having family who stayed in the same hotel round for some drinks and a get-together. We could not check in until 15:00, but it was straightforward to leave our luggage. The breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from, and several times we had drinks and cocktails in the bar and I thought the prices were reasonable. Staff were all really helpful and friendly - we checked out very early and were still able to get some croissants and a coffee at 05:30. The hotel is close to the station, but the building works can make it a bit of a challenge to get to the platforms unless you pay close attention to the signage. It's close to the centre so easy to walk there. If you need a taxi to take you back to the hotel, be aware there are two Motel One in Stuttgart so make a note of the address. Be aware also that although there are plenty of car parks it is expensive - around 1.30 per 30 minutes.

Hotel looks new. It is very clean on the outside. Staff in reception are polite and helpful. Comfortable bed.
Cleaning crew is not very good. I have a body oil in my bedside that was taken away/stolen. One time the toilet brush was left inside the toilet. Another time was our skin care products were left on the sink face down, one product was opened. But one bad thing is the day before check out, someone put a “do not disturb sign” outside of our door and the room was not cleaned. I went to reception and returned that sign. I just feel like they don’t want to clean the rooms. Also there are no amenities, not even free water. (Which is prob my fault because i did not read the booking properly.)
