Host was very helpful. Apartment was clean and comfortable and location was perfect for our needs.

The host was available through WhatsApp. They don't have a permanent receptionist as such but I believe they are within the vicinity and therefore they can be available on short notice. Gave them a rough estimate on the time of arrival and they were available to greet at the agreed time.
Another bonus is that they offer luggage storage facility for free. The air con in the room was great. There was a complementary wine bottle on offer as well.
I believe some rooms are described as Sea facing but you might need to be in one of the higher rooms to get a decent view.
The area feels like its still in development so that property was surrounded by buildings that are still under construction. It's not the cleanest of areas with building material and rubbish in the near vicinity; although that's the not the fault of the villa.

It was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was also great to have the pool.
A couple of taxi and Uber drivers mentioned that the address was hard to find because it’s not marked correctly on Google Maps.

Location was ok
Prior to and after Villa Erna we stayed at fancy 4 and 5 star hotels, as well as apartments in different cities and for cheaper. This was by far the worst. They did not even include paper towels, dish or had soap. If I pay so much for an apartment, I’d expect basic necessities, and a clean facility-especially dishes. Has to rewash every single one. The owner was ok, but everything we asked for, he’d say… we don’t normally include that. The pictures looked definitely amazing but in person definitely disappointing.
