Hotel with good location in Bielsko-Biala centre. Free guarded garage parking.
Excellent breakfast with very kind and friendly staff in the kitchen area.
To stay in this hotel you are totally pending on using elevators. It is impossible to use stairs or to get out of the hotel by stairs. The card system in the elevators was only partly working for us and caused problems many times. In my opinion this is so critical as an safety issue that I will not use this hotel again.
