It was clean and adequate

Dark stairway. Poor directions to get to property.

Nice location, everything was start forward. The host gave detailed instructions to everything and was happy to help out and any point.

The bathroom had a smell. The carpet had a pet probably a cat hair on it, It got over our clothes and stuffs.

Relatively good price and location

Was waiting over an hour to collect keys and the host was lying about this. Keys are stored in lock box and host advised that other room tenants have collected the keys by accident and didnt return them. However they advised that they couldn't return the keys because lockbox password was changed and they didnt know the new password so couldn't leave key. Next door tenants advised that they tried contacting host multiple times over 2 days and host didnt respond. The area is quite rough and host kept promising that keys will be with us in 3-5 minutes, every 10 minutes for over an hour. There were also no lights and it was dark outside, so waiting with false promises was disappointing

Great location, close to town centre and Metro. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. Fresh linen and towels. Easy parking at rear of property.

Cleanliness

Parking was free round back, close to the centre.

A bit confusing how to get round the back to park. Lighting on first night had a lack if hall lighting, having to use torch on phone, after that the lighting strips had been charged.

dirty bedding freezing cold cold shower drug addicts hanging around the back of proper looking threw windows trying doors and using outside of window the bed left me with severe backache dirty marks all over walls etc it was a big let down from start to finish not worth the price and no response from owner since I have told them about the problems anniversary ruined
