The view!!!! And cool breeze. Great location for us. Is slightly out of old town which we liked because of the view. Check in very easy and hosts generous with an early check in.

The view and the location were really good. Having breakfast in the balcony was a great start of the day.
The facts that we could leave our luggage for a couple of hours, allowed us to check the city one last time before our flight - a thank you to the parents of the owner that helped us with that.
Our room was right next to the street, which allowed the great view, but also invited the road noise in. It’s not a too crowded street, but if you are sensitive to noise when you sleep it can be difficult. Also the walls are thin so you will hear noise from the other rooms.
You need to be mindful to turn on the water heater otherwise you will end up with cold water mid showering.

Wonderful view of Dubrovnik and the harbour.
Good location for visiting the city.
Bathroom had a good shower.
Very basic accommodation.
The fridge was so cold, it froze the tomatoes and nectarines.
There was no light on the stairs when you came back at night.
It did rain one night making the stair quite treacherous.
