Locations was excellent. Enabled us to explore and return to our room to escape the crowds and heat.
Slightly smell in the room. Trickey with external toilet during the night.
The air conditioner was noisy like wind in the night.

Great location and new renovation. Comfy beds. Everything was sorted out after a couple of stops in the restaurant--and the staff was quick to act, which was appreciated. The location is superb. Great water pressure.
The room could have been set up better with a chair, a second coffee cup, lamps fully assembled and installed. Etc. A power strip would be a nice addition too. I think the renovation may have been a little rushed. I had to borrow a chair from the restaurant and the lamps have not been fully installed. It would be useful to change the sensor on the ground floor light so that you can see when you enter the property at night without having to use you phone flashlight.

It was ok but nothing special that i would recommend or go back to. It is in a kind of private apartment, not really an hotel and you need to ask in a bar to get the keys
Even though i had my own bathroom, several rooms on the same cramped floor didnt, and it is quite noisy.
The entrance door of the floor is also noisy. So expect to be randomly waken up as if in a hostel.
The price quality ratio is not good, but so are any other prices in dubrovnik (true for food and hotels).
Overall, dubrovnik is overrated, overcrowded and overpriced, and i don't think good deals exist there.
