Slid og defekte ting.

Beliggenheden og stranden så tæt på.

Noget slidt hus med flere mangler og feks ødelagt gummiliste i ovnen. Ødelagte vægge og meget plettede gulve. Ødelagt stol ovenpå. Og bord benet på have bordet var skævt. Støvsugeren var små defekt og manglede afspænding og salt til opvaskemaskinen. Alm rengøring var ok. Men mange pletter rundt omkring på vægge og låger af feks kaffe.

Ødelagt ferie !

Vi opdagede for sent det DanCenter der stod bag, opdagede vi først da vi så hvor vi sku hente nøglerne. Vi har før selv haft en dårlig oplevelse med DanCenter så vi frygtede det værste, og desværre var det berettiget. Alt var møgbeskidt og klistret overhovedet ikke rengjort. Møgbeskidt køleskab, snavs på gulvet, badeværelse møgbeskidt selv håndvask var ikke rengjort. DanCenters kontor lukker tidlig så selvom det ligger mindre en 500 mtr. fra boligen kunne der jo ingen hjælp hentes. Første indskydelse var at vi selv tog et par timer og fik gjort rent, men støvsuger var ubrugelig den kunne overhovedet ikke suge og mundstykke var klistret sammen med gaffatape ? Vi besluttede at tage hjem igen og smed nøgle i boxen ved DanCenter kontoret med et brev om vi havde forladt lejligheden da vi ikke kunne bo i det. Vi havde selvfølgelig forventet at blive kontaktet af kontoret næste morgen når de mødte ind, men vi hørte intet. Så skrev vi til deres servicemail, og der fik vi hurtig besked om de ville tjekke sagen, og vi måtte ikke rykke for svar da det ville forsinke sagsbehandlingen. Vi hørte intet før vi igen skrev til dem, og havde en kommunikation som antagelig var en chat robot ? Da der var gået 4 dage fik vi beskeden om at vi uretmæssig havde forladt lejemålet og de ikke havde fået chancen for at udbedre forholdet, og de ikke ville tilbagebetale vores penge tilbage. De ville henlægge sagen og vi måtte klage til ankenævnet for ferieudlejning hvis vi ville gå videre med sagen. Det koster 300 kr at klage, og så satser DanCenter selvfølgelig på man ikke orker at tage den kamp. Bemærk DanCenter har 5 Trustpilot ranking steder. ! Den uge vi skulle have holdt ferie var der et hav der havde haft lignende oplevelser. Vil da opfordre Booking.Com at stoppe med samarbejdet med dem, I er jo med til at lokke folk i “fælden”. Jeg kan da ikke lade være med at tænke på en Tysk familie der var kørt 1000 km fra sydtyskland, for så at møde op til såden et svineri !

Heel leuk aan het strand! In de ochtend ontbijt in de zon op het terras en in de avond bbq in de zon.

Het is een prachtig plekje dat wat aandacht voor meubels en andere spullen kan gebruiken. De prijs kwaliteit is passend.
