Fantastic location

We liked this property because of its location ( it is excellent), and a small private garden, where we enjoyed lunch, and comfortable day naps. Overall, rooms are aged, but you have all necessary things a for your stay.

Hidden Gem in Dubrovnik

This is a beautiful apartment, ideally situated for exploring the old town which is only ten minutes away on foot. It is also three minutes from the wonderful Banje beach. The apartment is secluded and has two large terraces. The whole complex is full of lush vegetation that provides tranquility and privacy. Best of all are the views of the old town, the sea and Lokrum island from one of the terraces. This terrace is also equipped with very comfortable garden furniture and a dining table and chairs. The bathroom is large with a very powerful shower and washing machine, the bed is super comfy and the kitchen adequately equipped. The living area is spacious with a very comfortable settee. The apartment is also on the first road from the beach and old town so there are only a few steps to contend with. It is also very peaceful and quiet for a place so near the busy old town. The hostess Emica is very helpful and quick to return messages. We did a lot of research before booking this apartment and were so glad we did. It's a hidden gem of a place.

Fab apartment minutes from the old town

The location of the apartment was fantastic. Very close to Banje Beach and the old town so it was always a nice walk into and out of the town to/from the apartment and really only takes a few minutes. There is also a little shop less than 1min walk away which is convenient for getting breakfast as they offer a fresh bakery from 7am. The terrace was a lovely additional feature to have and it was so pleasant to sit out and enjoy the views. The apartment was well furnished and clean and had all the things you require for a few days stay. We would have been happy to have had a few more days stay at the apartment and in Dubrovnik.

We liked everything about the apartment and the location. The host was lovely and friendly and was available if you needed anything or needed some information on anything.

stay here it’s perfect! location doesn’t get better, tortoises in the garden, smell of jasmine in the air, such a comfor

the beautiful private garden with the jasmine archway and orange trees and the terrace that you could look out to Lokrum and to the old town from. very well equipped, very comfortable bed, lovely little kitchen, quiet, the most amazing location right next to Excelsior hotel for breakfast or if your friends are staying there as ours was. the host Emi is so lovey and friendly and helpful. 5 minute walk into the old town, right next to taxi bus stop and little supermarket. everything was perfect!

Excellent location, superb city to visit, scenic lots to do. And gem of an aprtment.

Excellent location for walking into the old town. Host was very friendly - we got marrried in Dubrovnik 10 years ago and we travelled back for our anniversary and stayed in the same apartment as we had such a wonderful time.

Very nice apartment and host, at 3 min. from old Dubrovnik on feet

Emi’s apartment is very nice, well situated and very calm. Here, you are like at home! Emi is a super host!

There is nothing bad to say, all is really perfect!

Fantastic Location, Friendly Owners, and Relaxed Atmosphere

Hosts were welcoming, easy going and accommodating. Location was wonderful near the beach, cable car, Old Town, bakeries and stores. Beautiful patio.

Beautiful stay! Apartment clean and tidy. Host very gracious and attended to all needs. Location excellent only a couple min walk to the beach and 5-10min to the old town. Would defs stay again

Very good

Location a short walk to old town but away from crowd, noise. Each apartment had private terrace with nice view. Host sweet and helpful. Older building and apartment but with character. Apartment was what shown in pics.

Toilet small but shower size okay, not enough room to put all my bathroom junk.

Very professional landlord, very warm, and will introduce a lot of useful information. The view of the apartment is great and it is close to the beach.

Very good

The owner of the place is amazing, very helpful and friendly, the location is spot on with beautiful views and close to the old town. The appartment was clean, bed comfortable.

There was no A/C which could be an issue on a hot day/night. The bathroom is a bit dated and shower way too small.

Exceptional

I couldn’t imagine better vacation. The appartmant is large and clean with everything you need to “feel like home”. Host Emi is very dear and will give you all information you need to get to know Dubrovnik and surrondings. I will come back again, for sure.

Lovely stay, great views, perfect location

Great location near the old town. Lovely views from the terrace of the sea and city walls, photo attached The owner was really helpful and lives below so she is there if needed but also we felt like we had our own private space.
