Main Floor Rental: 4 large bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on the main level, large gorgeous open-concept kitchen, formal dining room, living room and den are great for entertaining guests or relaxing with family and friends. Basement Suite Rental: 2 additional bedrooms and a sofabed, as well as an additional full kitchen, living room and 2 full bathrooms. May be rented as well to accommodate 4 more guests. We walked into this property and were in awe, the space is magnificent! The location was convenient for those travelling from out of town, us included. The bedrooms and nicely decorated. The kitchen is open concept with plenty of space for everyone to sit comfortably. We made Christmas decorations at the sizeable table, baked and decorated cookies there as well. The photos in the listing are impressive, however, seeing/being in this VRBO exceeds expectation, in as much, as each of our entourage departed they took one last look around, thanked us for a fantastic experience and said “we’ll miss this place!”
The one thing worth mentioning perhaps, is the stairs going to the upper level are a little slippery when wearing socks, having said that, there is a handrail.
The owners really have thought of everything a guest may need whilst away from their home.

We had the most amazing stay at this property! Kitchen was well equipped and lots of space for our family to spread out. Grandkids loves the playground in backyard. Recommend. Some of the locks were sticky but otherwise perfect!

Overall, the property was perfect for our family of 14 while we attended our son's wedding. The hostess was quick in her communication before, during and after. The home offered all the amenities required to make our stay comfortable despite it being in need of some minor repairs - although this did not make our stay any less comfortable or enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again should I find myself in Edmonton.

We enjoyed our stay. With renting the basement suite as well as the house we had enough bedrooms for 7 couples.
The house could use a little love but it was clean and had everything we needed. Angela was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

From start to finish everything went smoothly. The house was large enough to accommodate our entire family for the weekend. Great location. Few small minor cosmetic scrapes and scratches throughout the house which is to be expected of a rental property but definitely a great place to stay. The house owner made the renting process easy and was very timely with her responses to any questions I had. Would 100% stay here again. Thanks!

This large home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect for our annual ladies' getaway. 2 beautiful seating areas and a great kitchen with everything we needed to keep us happy for the 3 night 2 day stay. Close to outlet mall and restaurants and great for gals from Calgary as they did not have to drive through the entire city to reach the house.

We found the place to be fine for our purpose of a family get together for a local wedding. However, the place needs updating and repairs - lots of ‘dings’ everywhere, a door that was kicked in, and at one point, the dining room painting spontaneously fell off the wall due to one of the hanging nails not in the right position. We were glad our young grandchildren were not around at the time but the painting did damage the baseboard at the point of contact. We were told there were 2 king size beds but it was only one king size bed with ensuite and the other one was a queen size bed - which was fine for us. The best part was the backyard with the play structure where our grandchildren played on for many hours! The home is also very close to grocery/pharmacy etc that proved to be very helpful. Overall, a comfortable and spacious home for a family vacation. The hostess was also very accessible by email and responded quickly to all of our concerns.

This was a great place for family from 3 provinces to get together for a family wedding in Edmonton. There were 10 of us sharing this 5-bedroom house. We even managed to have a full Thanksgiving dinner, complete with turkey and all the trimmings on the Sunday. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of pots and pans and had plenty of dishes. Two dining tables accommodated 14 for dinner. Nice patio on the back where we enjoyed beautiful weather.

The house was perfect, enough space for everyone, every room was large and spacious. Every bathroom was very nice. Backyard has lots of room, and a great view of the small lake. Things were clean and orderly. No issues with anything at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Big house with lots of space and a great layout. Many bedrooms and most importantly a lot of big full bathrooms. Use of attached garage was great. Fully fenced backyard (with playground set) and lots of grass space was perfect for small kids.

Angela's professionalism and attention to detail is great and made for a memorable stay for our large group of friends who were in Edmonton (& Canada) for the first time to attend my daughter's wedding. The property has too many positives to list them all but definitely the big lounging area with lots of seating, well equipped kitchen and supplies and the magnificent lakeview patio are a perfect setting to make warm, loving memories.

Our family of 10 decided to come together in Edmonton and wanted a home that could comfortably accommodate all of us. This home has a layout that makes visiting so easy, plenty of space, and furnished so that we wanted for nothing. The outside space was just as comfortable to use to visit with family as the inside was. The location was close to main roads, shopping, and restaurants.

This house was clean, modern, and well-stocked. We appreciated all the seating, indoor and out, for our large family celebration of our Dad's 90th birthday party. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms, spacious. We also all enjoyed the backyard. The location was also excellent for the activities we did. I would recommend this house to anyone who's needing a place for a large gathering.

This home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable for a large group. Eight members of our sports team stayed here for three days while training for competition. We needed to be close to the airport for pick up and delivery and close to the middle of the city for the gymnasium. The location was easy for us to meet our needs. We cooked our meals here and there was everything we needed for this activity. The bedroom on the main floor is nice for older people who don't want to do stairs! The owner sent info in a timely manner and instructions for use were easy to understand. Very enjoyable accommodations.
