A couple of friends and I booked this condo for Rockville 2024. It's "out of the way" enough that the beach wasn't super crowded, but close enough that it wasn't inconvenient to make a quick trip to shops. Beach access is across the road and easily accessible. The process of getting into the condo was extremely simple. I received an email shortly after booking that told us what to expect; another email shortly before arrival provided us access codes. The condo itself is comfortable and clean. Last day instructions were unproblematic. I left behind some of my items and the management team was able to recover them and ship them back to me for a nominal fee. Overall, we loved it and will book again in the future.

From the moment we entered the property we were impressed by the clean smell. The condo is huge with a great layout for 6 people. The beds were comfortable. The unit was very clean and well stocked with the needs to feed 6 people. It was a quiet unit as well as the complex. Enjoyed breakfast on the porch and could hear the birds singing. It was a great stay and we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Great Ocean's! Our VRBO was extremely spacious, Beautiful, clean and comfortable! They provided everything we needed during our stay! Everyone in the Condo community was so friendly and kind. We felt almost like a part of the community rather than an outsider just visiting! You are right across from the ocean which we loved, (we just walked right across the street)! The check out guidelines are easy and simple! We'd recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to stay in the Daytona/New Smyrna area. Everything is a short drive away and there is so much to do!
