My husband, three kids (15,14,8), my two small dogs, and myself had a lovely week long stay. It was our first time at New Smyrna Beach and we really enjoyed the area. The view from the balcony cannot be beat. Amazing ocean view! As others have stated, the property is undergoing a renovation and there were disturbances due to this fact but it wasn’t too terrible. We occasionally had to take the long way around to get to the pool and beach but overall it was not an issue. What initially sold me on the property was the ability to bring my two small dogs (which was awesome) however none of the beaches allow dogs on them except one small dog friendly beach that you had to drive to (and pay to get into). But it was still nice to have them with us instead of at the boarder. Another plus was the location. Sooo many really awesome restaurants 5-8 minute away. The Publix grocery store is 5 min away and awesome to grab lunch stuff and other essentials. The condo itself was a little dated (old appliances etc.) but it suited our needs just fine. All in all, I would recommend this listing.

Easy access to the beach and great view of the ocean. Host was very helpful and nice. A bit noisy due to construction across the street, but very peaceful at night and can hear the waves rolling in.

The condo itself was good, it’s old but they had kept it up. However the complex itself was under construction and while at the beach the workers came in from the balcony and moved everything off of it into the Condo. When trying to get help from the complex they pretty much told us we had to live with it that week. However our agent was great and got us another condo for the week

It was very clean and check in was easy. View was wonderful. I had to buy wash clothes because there was not enough. It is a little outdated and small for the price. But overall stay was good.
