January, February and March: Rental periods are a 14 day minimum and 7 days the rest of the year.
The Smyrna Beach Club is an oceanfront complex located directly on scenic New Smyrna Beach. Wake to the sounds of the surf in this upscale, nicely furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath condo equipped with free wifi inside the unit. This is a top level 8th floor penthouse level unit with a brand new renovated kitchen. The unit sleeps 6. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and a Master bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a pleasant sitting room off the Master bedroom to relax after a day in the sun. The second bedroom sleeps an additional 2 in two twin size beds. Both bathrooms are updated and have walk in showers. There is a pull out couch in the living room for an additional two people. Enjoy spectacular views from the balcony, which overlooks the pool and the beach with a southeastern exposure, which is particularly nice in the fall and winter months. This complex ONLY rents weekly and monthly. No shorter stays allowed

As usual, we had a great stay in NSB. The condo is clean and confortable. Management is easy to reach if you need to reach them. The ocean view is the best. Sunrises were beautiful! The pool is heated for those cooler mornings. Will stay again....hopefully soon!!

The condo was lovely. We were on the 8 floor with a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool. The pool was beautiful and heated with the bathrooms close by. The air conditioning went out in our unit
