This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has a king bed in the primary bedroom, and two double beds and a TV in the second bedroom. New blankets and linens are provided. When you're not enjoying the sand and waves, compete against your loved ones with the board games and video games that are provided for family fun. There are two laundry rooms on each floor! Please note that the complex stairs are damaged due to Hurricane Ian. Guests can use the public beach access 150 feet south of the complex. The common areas at Hacienda del Sol II are superb. As a guest here, you have access to the clubhouse with a kitchen and a full bath! The awesome sun deck which stretches out to the beach sets this complex apart. You can grill out on the deck while you enjoy the sounds of the surf. No parking problems at Hacienda del Sol II. No codes to get in and out of the building. No need to pack or purchase beach toys when you stay at this complex. There is a storage closet in the west laundry room where the beach supplies are kept. There is also a shed, where the beach chairs, boogie boards, and skim boards are kept. This property does not permit cats. Hacienda del Sol is located on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach. Don't forget to bring: While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
