As you enter, you will notice the open concept and the amazing large updated kitchen. With stainless steel appliances, this kitchen will wow you and your guests. The living room has one big wrap around couch that can seat everyone around the large television. You and your guests will love all the space in the main living area. Lounge around in the air conditioning after a long day at the beach on the comfy sofa!
The fully stocked kitchen features white cabinets and plenty of counter space. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, stove top with oven, as well as, cooking and eating utensils to create some delicious meals during your stay. The dining area has a dining room table and seating for six. After dinner, take a step out on the balcony and enjoy the peaceful sounds and view of the ocean. There is also a separate ice maker and mini fridge in the property. It's a really convenient way to pack a cooler for a day out on the beach!
Tradewinds 503 offers an incredible private balcony with a table and chairs. Enjoy your morning coffee out here or dive into a good book as you relax in private. Tradewinds’ double towers span over four acres of gorgeous beach front property. The complex is perfect for snowbirds or for guests looking for a longer beach stay- the property has a 30 day minimum.

My wife & I stayed here for a month in February 2025. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It's away from the more busy parts of NSB but you are just a 5-10 minute drive from restaurants, shopping, and night life if that's your thing. You can watch sunrises and rocket launches from the balcony if you don't want to go down to the beach for them. There are two pools (one heated) and a hot tub. The hot tub was out of commission & being renovated while we were there but should be in good shape very soon. The beach is beautiful and great for walking and doing beachy things. There's also a nice miles-long sidewalk in front of the condo if you want a more firm surface. Everyone we encountered on the property was friendly & helpful. We'd definitely stay here again.

The condo is very clean and nicely furnished, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the view is outstanding! Looking out from the living room all you see is ocean, and the balcony is positioned such that you have an unobstructed view up and down the beach. The condo complex is nicely kept, with a very helpful manager, and the location is nice, just a few minutes from shopping and restaurants in New Smyrna Beach. We spent a month here and loved every day.
