-This is a lovely Modern Condo that is located steps from the Atlantic Ocean. . It is 4.0 miles to Jetty Park at Port Canaveral and 2.0 miles to Ron Jon Surf Shop in Beautiful Downtown Cocoa Beach. And Just 2.5 miles to Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal 1 . Publix is a 5 min drive and Walmart is 10 ,This is a lovely Modern Condo that is located steps from the Atlantic Ocean. . Publix is a 5 min drive and Walmart is 10 -The condo has plenty of room! Master bedroom hosts a queen bed, dresser, mirror, flat screen smart TV, iron and ironing board, with plenty of closet space. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including coffee & tea station with diffrent flavor coffees and condiments for your stay, also microwave, dishes, silverware and extras. Living room host a large comfortable Luxurious couch to relax and watch the 55” 4K flat screen smart TV or surf the internet! -Guess have access to entire unit, can use laundry in the building which offers washing and drying machines. -We are also close to all major restaurants, shops, Disney, Universal, Sea World, airport, Kennedy Space Center and much more fun places.

Really appreciated the close walk to the beach and that area of cocoa beach was very quiet and relaxing

It was 2 blocks from the beach. They had everything you would need for the beach.

Very good location, good appliances, air conditioning functioned well, well stocked kitchen.
Floor rugs not as in the photos, corners curling up creating tripping hazards. Property was listed for sale during our stay, creating an uncomfortable situation after a realtor lock box was installed on the door.

Nice condo with short walk to Cocoa Beach. Fully stocked with towels, TP, and kitchen necessities. Strange oder that sticks with you even when out. Can hear people above you. Not as advertised: Living room is cut in half with kids double bed bedroom added. Kitchen divider has been removed.

Very nice condo, well decorated and well taken care of. Great location, 5 min walk from the beautiful beach. The bed was super confortable. Very quiet area where you can walk or bicycle. The owner provides a lot of beach items and is very helpful if you have questions. Overall it’s a great condo, we’ll go back for sure ! Thanks Santa !!

Lovely condo, very comfortable and great location near everything in Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach area. Only a block and half to beach. Owner provides lots of little extras for your convenience which is much appreciated. Highly recommend!

The place was nice and clean it was like home..it even had small things that made it better..like chairs for beach cooler sunscreen and coffee and salt etc..and the neighbors were great sat outside and talked for hours while we washed our clothes..we decently will stay again

It was exactly as pictured. Communication was great. Only issue was air conditioner leaked all out in floor and i had to empty a bowl every few hours when the ac was running. Would stay again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay perfect for 2 people. We only had one complaint and that was the AC unit was leaking in the bedroom and we heard dripping all day and night. Had to put a bucket there just to keep it from saturating the area. Property manager didn't get it fixed throughout our stay so it was kinda annoying. Overall the place is exactly like it is listed. Loved the access to the beach, not busy area, no hassle checking in early which was nice. Overall great time!

Condo is so nicely decorated. We loved the big tv, and that we could record our favorite shows. The queen sized bed was very comfortable. We were not far from the beach. Santa was very helpful. We are coming back next year. Thanks Santa!

This condo appears to be professionally decorated and it has all the conveniences that you could need. The neighborhood is peaceful and makes for pleasant strolls at any time of day. The beach is so close and convenient as are other area attractions that are only a short drive. For two weeks my husband and I enjoyed this lovely condo. I'd give the owner credit for the two weeks of perfect weather, but it doesn't work that way. It was a privilege to stay here and we hope to again.
