Situated in Buenos Aires, this charming condo for $235 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Classic french style building. A 2691 sq.ft apartment, Living room with 4 bedroom, 4 complete bathrooms (the master with jacuzzi), fully equipment kitchen, and front view and balcony in the living room, dinning room, and in the pool table room. Excellent quality details make it stand out from the others, classic style, elevator, everything is excellent quality!. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an excellent view of the city (look pics), has daylight throughout the day. The furniture is modern and is fully furnished, all items are in excellent condition (LCD 42´in the living and master bedroom, CABLE, A/C in all rooms, Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator, Microwave). About the neighborhood is located in the center of Recoleta, a very high level area of classic buildings and known by the combination of successful young professionals and bohemians, artists, painters, musicians, etc. STYLE ON EVERY CORNER! Buenos Aires is known as one of the best eating cities in south America and the world. Around the apartment you will find known and prominent bars and restaurants as “SushiClub” (Excellent sushi!), “Café Martinez” (great breakfasts and also very cheap), Restaurant Juana (incredible mixture of meat and salad ), Restaurant 'Piegari' (Meditarránean, Spanish and Italian cuisine) and the famous 'Parrilla el Mirasol', the best meat in Buenos Aires by far! If you are wanting to stay home and enjoy the kitchen that has the apartment, just 3 blocks to the west is 'Disco Grocery', where one of the most exclusive supermarket, open from 8:30am to 10:00pm. If passed the 10pm, no problem!, 2 blocks away is the pantry 'Shell Shop' open 24/7. In terms of public transport has bus stops throughout the area, and 7 blocks away is the subway station and train station, both communicated throughout the city. The apartment is in one of the most exclusive, safe and quiet areas. Pure elegance and good taste distinguish this part of Buenos Aires and do enjoy a good time to those who stay in it. From the moment you arrived in Buenos Aires, we can make the experience complete!, From going to get you to the airport and transfer to the door of the apartment and find it perfect (temperature, atmosphere of lights). Arrange exclusive visits to places of tango, museums, restaurant. As well also be attentive to any needs that arise during your stay, you will find us a few blocks from the apartment in case you need us. Nothing can go wrong on this trip if you trust us!

We had a great time for 7 adults. This place was large with room for everyone. Kitchen was fully equipped and we ate in several nights. Shopping and restaurants were nearby. Juan was very attentive and answered any questions we had. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants which was fabulous. Thanks for a great time.

The location in Arroyo street was terrific. The building is a historic jewel. The unit underwent a nice renovation some years ago. However, since then it has been poorly maintained. The pool table is non-functional (torn ball pockets; pool cues without tips; degraded foam in the ball bumpers). The shower in the master bathroom has extensive mold in tile surfaces that is probably a health hazard. The water spout in the hallway bathroom sink is loose. The A/C units in the pool table room and the kitchen failed to work at various times. The shower in the upstairs bedroom had a major water leak through missing floor tiles. The labels in the microwave controls were rubbed off so unit was barely useable (you had to guess). Some light bulbs and power sockets did not work. What is missing is consistent inspection and maintenance of the unit. Under these conditions, as much as I liked the property manager and the unit's location and configuration, I could not recommend it to others.

I can honestly say this is one of the bestest places I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. My mom and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! We refer to it as The Palace. It had everything you would ever need including a phenomenal host, Juan, a fantastic all around whatever you need guy, Rodrigo, a fantastic door guy, fabulous water pressure, an amazing holy moly view, enough room for 10, gorgeous old world charm, safe neighborhood, coffee shop across the street, the best bakery I’ve ever been to within a block, and all around great vacation vibes! It was a dream to stay here,,,,,,,the only thing that was bad was the fact we had to leave. We will be back the next time we are in BA FOR SURE!!!

Due the age of the building, we had issues with the elevator because my daughter is in wheelchair but the administrator helped us to solve the issue, the building is secure and near to fantastic restaurants and other places

The location is perfectly situated in a lovely part of the city. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is grand and beautiful and so well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed for entertaining. All the beds were comfortable. I will look forward to staying here on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Also, Juan was wonderful to work with!

This apartment was located in such a lovely neighborhood, Recoleta. It was spacious, well appointed and Juan was such a great host. He was so helpful in getting us transit to & from the airports. He gave us some recommendations recommendations for grocery stores and restaurants. My wallet was stolen while in one of the markets and he even offered to contact the market to check on camera footage. If we ever return we would definitely stay in Juan's apartment. Thank you Juan!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was much larger than I imagined it would be. Location is phenomenal. A number of very good restaurants within a stones throw. Juan Cruz was our contact, and he was extremely responsive and helpful. I strongly recommend this property.

The location was amazing, and the historic building is beautiful with the right balance of original elements and modern updates. The apartment is very spacious with room for 8 plus a large living area and a large kitchen. We very much enjoyed our one week stay and would readily use this spot again.

Our group included my husband and i and our three grown children, plus our daughter's boyfriend. The apartment was comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. This is an outstanding property with an excellent host. We were greeted with a warm reception, and briefed on all the tips and local recommendations that made our stay excellent. We also opted to pay extra for the private transfers back and forth to EZE, which made the check in and check out process extremely easy.
We have traveled around the world to many of the great cities in Europe, Asia and America. Buenos Aires, Argentina is now a new favorite. We hope to return soon and stay at this lovely property. Thank you Juan, Sonia, Pablo and Rodrigo for making our stay so enjoyable! Thank you for making us feel at home.

Beautiful Argentinian apartment in the heart of Buenos Aries. Hardwood herringbone floors and white tile. Spacious living area flows to a large dining seating for 10 and then into a pool table room. Two small balconies for one or two people . 4 bedrooms with on suites bathrooms in each bedroom plus a half bath. Very comfortable beds. Large kitchen in back of the unit. 3rd floor unit (for Americans this is the 4th floor)
Our host, Juan, was very gracious and was easy to contact. He had very nice recommendations for sights and food! Grocery store with liquor nearby. Lots of dinner restaurants and coffee & pastry shops.
Air conditioning in all rooms. Super high ceilings.
Overall a great place ( did I mention an elevator in the front door and an elevator access in the back of the unit too! Would definitely stay here again! Loved it! Great job Juan!

Location: the simple fact that the same location was chosen by many foreign embassies tells a lot. Those people are all connoisseurs and very selective.
Building: an architectural gem, built around 100 years ago, right in the heart of the city, without mingling with theater crowds and busy thoroughfare.
Apartment: it has the highest ceiling which you can find, very aristocratic for the people living there a while back.
Manager: spiffy and efficient, providing the best advise and help whenever is needed. A terrific young man.

This was a wonderful apartment in a great location. Walking distance to cafes and short rides to downtown. Juan was an excellent host, offering suggestions when asked and responding quickly.

We would love to come back! Juan was an amazing host- available 24/7 to assist us. We appreciated his flexibility and true concern for us during our stay.
This was an incredible property in the perfect location! The apartment is situated in a beautiful, safe neighborhood with many nearby restaurants and cafes. It is the perfect "home base" for all our activities and plans. The apartment is very large with bright, spacious main living areas perfect for large groups. Each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom. The apartment was comfortable and beautiful! I will not soon forget morning coffees on the balcony overlooking beautiful Buenos-Aires. It really was priceless!

We stayed there for a week. The owner and building concierge were very helpful, and quick to respond. It is in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We would stay here again if back in Buenos Aires.
