This is one of the largest and most exquisite homes that you'll find available for rent in this part of the Salt Lake Valley. The owners live in Italy and they recently sent their personal decorator in to completely refurnish and redecorate it, so the place is incredible. If you're coming to the Salt Lake Valley and want to stay in a truly luxurious home with every amenity you could ask for, this is the place for you. Perched on the foothills of the Wasatch Range in the Rocky Mountains, this home is in a beautiful QUIET suburban neighborhood. From the private shady back deck, you can view Mount Olympus and the Oquirrh Mountain Range through the trees. This home has a massive 4K television in the theater room, which has cable TV and a free Netflix account. There is another TV on the main floor with cable TV channels right off of the kitchen and dining area. There is a foosball table and a ping-pong table in the entertainment room. NO CATS ALLOWED. Dogs require a $99 pet fee each. All cancellations made within the cancellation window will have to pay a 3% fee for the total amount paid to cover credit card processing fees. We stayed at this property and the host allowed us to check in early and was extremely responsive. The instructions were clear and everything you could need was already present at the house.

Great location, much larger home than expected, well equipped, instant host communication (probably one of the best of any VRBO!) furnishings were comfortable, found everything we needed in the kitchen, great grill, foosball and ping pong were enjoyed. Nice media room in lower level. Only hang up was the hot tub had issues halfway through the stay. Host was on it right away, sending maintenance over 3 times to finally get issues fixed by last day. These things happen unfortunately and host treated us to a nice delivery dinner to help make up for it. Many thanks to Daniel and his team at Wasatch Vacation Homes - will look to stay with this rental agency again and book this property if we have another large group.

Every year a group of us meet up in different states to catch up and adventure in nearby mountains. This house was a pleasant way to end our trip. The house was clean and the hot-tub was delightful. The host was very attentive and responded timely to all requests and concerns. 10/10 will recommend. THANK YOU!!!!

We were in town for son’s graduation—grandparents, parents, adult children and teen. We enjoyed the layout of the house and the entertainment on the lower level. Memories made! And the location was close to highway and grocery store.

Great home in close proximity to Snowbasin and Alta! We had 8 adults all slept comfortably with great amenities. Plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen. Great relaxing areas! Hot tub was very nice, small problem with operation, but owner was very communicative with repair. We were very thankful that the owner allowed us to keep our bags in garage well after we were to be out of home so we could ski for day! Thank you!

We had 10 adults and this place was perfect for our gathering 5-day ski vacation. We skied at the resorts in the Cottonwood Canyons (Alta/Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude) and the house is 25 minutes from each. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and the living room, kitchen and dining room are plenty big to accommodate group meals. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook including pots, pans, cutlery and spices. The hot tub was clean and hot and perfect for a day after skiing. The check in/check out process was very easy and Daniel was very responsive to coordinating both - he even let us in a little early and let us stay a little later to complete our day of skiing. The garage was large enough for two cars and the driveway also accommodates two more cars so plenty of room for parking. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy to get to from Airport and ski slopes. Would definitely stay there again!

The property was in a great location for access to the cottonwood canyons.
There were a few challenges with the property around non-working appliances and a water leak, but Daniel (property manager) handled everything and did his best to accommodate our stay. Once everything was sorted out, we had a very nice time in the house.

This is such a great house. We had 2 families. Plenty of room for everyone, fully stocked with everything we needed. Close to town and the slopes. Loved the hot tub, ping pong and movie room. Owner was very responsive with everything. Highly recommend this house.

We had 14 people staying at Cottonwood Heights and there was so much space for everybody. The master bedroom and bathroom are amazing. The kitchen is spacious along with two sitting areas/living rooms and a deck with grill. Most of the bedrooms are downstairs along with a large media room, ping pong table, and microfridge/sink. I was pleased to find that the online photos matched the property. Thank you to the owners and their responsiveness to all my questions!

We rented this home for 5 days so all of our adult children and their families could come for a family vacation. The location was great for our outings to the zoo and children's museum. We enjoyed a "movie night" each evening in the theater room downstairs.

This home was spacious & well-stocked! We enjoyed the hot tub, nice bluetooth speakers, movie room, ping pong table, plenty of kitchenware and dining space for family meals... Comfy beds and couches. We loved the neighborhood and that there was plenty of parking between the garage, driveway, and street. There is a nice park close by as well. This property is also very accommodating of dogs - just a $100 fee per dog for your entire stay. Hosts were very communicative and responsive. Thank you!
