Remodeled luxury platinum private residential suite located inside AAA 4-diamond Brand Name Riverfront Resort and Spa with direct gondola access and ski & boot valet! (Not allowed to use brand name in ad) Entertain your family and friends in this one-of-a-kind 1700 sq ft 3-bedroom/3-bath residential suite that boasts the premier location in the entire resort with the largest 750 Sq ft private deck w/private fire pit for roasting s’more‘s. (Your private 720 sq ft deck is so large it would hold 75 people!). All condos/suites/rooms in this name brand resort are individually owned (NOTE: I am not allowed to use the name of this Brand Name Riverfront Resort & Spa in my advertising). I have chosen to take this suite out of the resort rental pool and use VRBO, saving the management fee and pass on the savings to you! I am a VRBO "Premier Partner" have over 400 5-star reviews on VRBO so you rest assured things will go smoothly and be right! VIEW: Spectacular Unobstructed mountain vista view south to Beaver Creek mountain, pool, and Eagle River from all 4 rooms and 720 sq ft deck GIGANTIC 720 SQ FT DECK: Located in the exact center of the hotel above the lobbyBest location in resort. 720 square feet overlooking the pool, Eagle River and Beaver Creek Mountain. This deck would hold 75-people! Private fire pit for roasting s'mores on the deck. The resort charged a 30% premium for this location/view. Deck has 12 chairs, 4X8 table, 2 chaise loungers, 2 side tables, private fire pit Living Room: Large sofa, pullout sofa sleeper, 2 club chairs, gas fireplace, large HDTV. Dining Area: Table seats 8 and counter seats 3, total of 11 Kitchen: Large kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher , full sized washer/dryer. The location, balcony overlooking the pool with Mountain view, and size of the property was amazing. We had an absolutely glorious vacation and this property was a large part of that success. We will definitely be renting this property in the future. Love it!

Our stay at the private residence in the Westin Riverfront was as good as it gets. Plenty of room for 9 of us and we loved everything about the unit and the resort. Family favorites included:: awesome private patio overlooking pool with Mountain View’s, fire Pitt perfect for evening hang, first class fitness center and pool, and convenience to Beaver Creek Village and trails. Highly recommend this property and this resort.

We stayed here over the very busy December break. And we were shocked that the lines weren't longer at Beaver Creek to ski. We enjoyed this condo very much not only for is convenient ski location, but also for the hotel amenities and the comfort, cleanliness and ease of the place. It was a perfect size for us and was exactly as advertised. Charlie was a pleasure to work with as well. As far as the hotel is concerned, to be clear, the service industry is taking a hard hit everywhere. There were minor inconveniences, but the staff was always professional and kind - never rude even though they clearly had their hands full - and it we found ways to work around it. It, in no way, impeded our fun. Regardless, this had nothing to do with the condo in and of itself...which I would stay in again.

The property was just as we had hoped it would be. The pictures on the website do not do it justice... the view from the massive deck is incredible and having a firepit on the deck to enjoy in the evening was a special treat.

We love the Westin and we love Charlie. He is a great manager and although there were a few things during our stay he was quick to take care of them. Our grandchildren love this layout and so do we. The pool, the hot tub, the river, and the easy access to Beaver Creek Village and hiking. We’ve been here many times and we will return.

This is a beautiful condo and I highly recommend staying here. Charlie is wonderfully responsive. The condo has everything you need. You cannot find a better view than from this HUGE deck.

We just returned from our second stay in this unit (and our second anniversary trip). We eloped to Beaver Creek and married on the balcony here 2 years ago. The pictures don't do it justice. It's really picture perfect like our wedding pictures were. The Westin is a great location, it isn't ski in/ ski out exactly but about as good as you'll get just short of that. The gondola takes you to a landing where there is a lift, and beginners will want to take a shuttle/ bus to the village. Great kitchen, dining table and living room for relaxing with family and friends. I think you'll love this place!

We stay at the Westin often but this particular property was AMAZING!!! The biggest private deck in the entire hotel! So much space for our family and beautiful views of the river, pool and mountains! Will definitely stay again!!

Charlie's property is an amazing property and great for family and friends. We all enjoyed the amenities of the resort and the large deck attached to the unit. Charlie was great throughout the stay with any needs that came up and helped us out when we had to extend our trip due to a blizzard. Can't wait to get back!
