About this apartment rental
Our meticulously maintained lower level suite has cozy, comfortable and tastefully furnished bedrooms for your stay. Welcoming entry to our home leads directly to the suite situated on a separate lower floor of our bi-level house. You will have access to a large living room with fireplace, kitchen as well as heated bathroom and laundry room (for longer stays). You will enjoy as much privacy as you need, however, we are always happy to hear and share the stories too.
The house is conveniently located in Southwest quadrant of the city, bus stop is 5 min away, LRT station is 10 min away, parks, bike paths, fitness and leisure center as well as restaurants and shops are within arms reach. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house. This is a very quiet matured neighborhood with a playground and walking paths just a half a block away.

The location was wonderfully close to my cousin's home and we had lots of privacy in the downstairs of this home in a peaceful neighborhood. Parking on the street was easy as was access to the unit. During our 3-night stay we never had the opportunity to meet our host, Dalia, and only briefly saw her husband and daughter.
My wife and I felt a little bit like we were getting the leftovers in that the mattress felt a bit tired and the bed was squeaky, the bath towels didn't match, some of the light switches were installed upside down and the hot and cold water on the kitchen faucet were reversed. Additionally, the windows were open, but there wasn't much air circulating and no fan was evident.
There were plenty of rules and instructions to follow and we tried our best. As directed, we vacuumed the unit and tidied up the bathroom. We were supposed to unplug the refrigerator, but didn't because someone else's food was still inside and we didn't want it to spoil. We were supposed to empty the trash and recycling, but the gate to the backyard was locked.

Enjoyed the layout of the suite. Dalia was very attentive in making sure we had everything we needed. Enjoyed complete privacy despite this being a nice family house. Suite has doors the close to all the rooms and the entrance is only for the guests. We liked it here and definitely recommend.

The place is very well taken care of. We felt at home right after we stepped in. Dalai was very prompt in her responses and thorough with all the instructions. The suite is cool and nice which was great to relax after long hot days of walk in Calgary. The hosts are very respectful and we felt very secure in their house. Thank you for having us!
