We are longtime Westin/Starwood owners who own multiple units at Harborside Atlantis, and have very positive reviews. Our unit for rent here is a 2br Lock-off unit that will sleep up to 8 people. You will have the convenience of a full kitchen including a dishwasher and there is wifi (wireless internet) onsite, this 2br lock-off unit consists of the 1br standard side which has a kitchenette and the 1br premium side which has a full kitchen. You may utilize the endless Atlantis amenities, or relax using the many amenities located at the harborside resort. You may take a short walk through the marina village to reach the Atlantis resort or access the **free complimentary shuttle that runs between the 2 resorts! The Atlantis has a 6 story mayan temple with 5 water slides, 2 that pass through a shark-filled lagoon. The seven-story power tower was added which has four breathtaking water slides. The temple river surrounds the power tower providing a one-mile-long wave river ride with five-foot waves. Amenities available at the harborside resort and the Atlantis resort: Access to 3 miles of beach (Atlantis) Free use of lounge chairs and beach towels(Harborside, Atlantis) Zero-entry free-form pool (Harborside) 11 swimming areas (Atlantis) Children's pool (Harborside) Poseidon kids pool (Atlantis) Fitness room (Harborside) Sports center, full-court basketball, beach volleyball (Atlantis) Largest casino in the Caribbean (Atlantis) Atlantis marina accommodates vessels up to 220 ft. VAT is also charged on certain goods and services imported from outside the Bahamas. ** The resort will also place a $100/day "hold" on your credit card to cover incidentals. This is not a charge, but it is a hold and ensures that your credit card has funds available. All of your actual purchases will be charged to your credit card upon check-out. We had such a wonderful vacation at this condo! Travelers included me, my husband, our 12-year-old son (birthday), and my 70-year-old mom (birthday). Besides celebrating birthdays, we were also there for the Battle 4 Atlantis basketball tournament. The condo itself was spacious and clean. We loved having a kitchen, so that we could prepare a couple of meals a day and not have to buy everything at Atlantis (very expensive). I placed an online grocery delivery order with Instagopher before our trip, and that was such a time saver! Our favorite thing about this condo was the proximity to Atlantis. You have full access to the resort, and you can get there by taking shuttles or walking around the marina, which is such a peaceful and beautiful walk. Other things we enjoyed: the waterslides, Shake Shack out by the waterpark, walking to Starbucks in the Marina Village in the mornings, and picking up pizza at the Marina Pizzeria. You will have a blast at this resort, but if you ever have a chance to go there to see your team play in the Battle 4 Atlantis, it is next-level fun. All 8 teams and their fanbases are all at the same resort. We encountered the players and coaches - got to meet them and take photos. Such a unique experience! My mom said it was her best birthday yet, and it was one of our favorite vacations we've ever taken. Thanks for everything, Ron!

Stayed at Ron’s place at the harborside Atlantis and everything was as described! Ron was an amazing host a prepared us with tips and tricks document that help us tremendously! I only a a couple random questions to which he answer instantly and the rest as you say was smooth sailing! I highly recommend Ron’s services! You won’t regret it!

There were a few maintenance issues (dryer, light fixtures), but not the fault of the lister as it's a timeshare. The specific unit is assigned based on your arrival.

Our stay was great. The location of the Condo was perfect. The pool at Harborside was nice. With MANY shuttles running every 10 minutes you could be anywhere at the Atlantis in no time! Commute from the Airport was great. Taxi driver stopped at grocery before going into Paradise Island. Staff at Harborside was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our visit. Our view was of the parking lot and not the water as we thought based on the listing but it turned out great people watching so we were fine with that. We could have used some more amenities as far as a kitchen towel and starter dishwasher soap. We had the walk-through unit and only 1 of everything was provided so starter TP for 1 bathroom ended up being for both as no TP was on the other roll. Little nit-picky things like that but overall we loved the condo, 2nd floor, bldg 2. The bus to the other resorts was always running, the walk along the marina was beautiful and the staff was always pleasant. Read the reviews and knew to get our wristbands and pool towels at Harborside before getting on the bus. They open at 9 so if you want to get out early, get that the night before. They close the pools at 6!

Ron was a great host and readily available. I had to call him for check in clarification as you check in with the hotel even though its a VRBO (timeshare). He answered the phone first try and was able to walk me right through it. Because of the fact that its a timeshare condo, its hard for the host to give a totally accurate description / pictures of the room which leaves a bit of mystery, but I understand its no fault of the host's. Keep in mind, as a timeshare, the host has little control over the condition of the property or property itself. Harborside is however a great place to stay and Ron was great to deal with and super responsive.

We loved our stay at Harborside Resort! We usually stay at the Reef hotel but will definitely be going back to Harborside again as it’s much quieter than the other hotels and was perfect for our family and relaxation time.

We just returned from an AMAZING few days in the Bahamas! Ron was wonderful to work with. He was prompt with responses to questions and very helpful. The condo (1 bedroom premium) far exceeded what we were expecting! It was very spacious, clean, etc. The bed was very comfortable. We needed a roll away and weren't crowded at all with that. We highly recommend Harborside and Ron!!!

Booked a 1 bedroom premium. The bed was comfortable, the pull out sofa was comfy and not hard, bathroom was great. The 1 bedroom premium was a great choice for more room, privacy and a nice big kitchen for moving about. Ron was wonderful to work with and spoke with him 2 times before leaving on the trip. His prices are fair and reasonable. Emailed me helpful restaurant information. We had a first floor in building 3. We liked being on the first floor as it was very easy and convenient--didn't need a view. Not far from the pool, shuttles. On arrival, reservation was in my name and was a smooth transaction. Ordered pizza from Anthony's at Paradise Shopping Plaza and it was very good, also ate there one evening for dinner. Walked to Dunkin Donuts for guava donuts and free wifi. The Marina Village is a nice area to walk as well as look at the huge yachts. Favorite pool was the Baths, favorite beach was Cove beach. Breakwater's Bar and Grill near the Baths pool had great music, best prices on food. I had a Bahama Mama for $10.00. Frozen drinks are $12.00 and up. I looked at other outdoor dining areas and the prices were all different from place to place. Went to Paradise beach one day and was able to use the Cove/Reef beach chairs after asking since there were not many people there. Don't try to access Paradise beach via the Cove hotel/pool because you will be told to walk around the outside of the building to get to Paradise beach. Hotels in the Bahamas own to the high water mark, otherwise all beaches have public access. We enjoyed the river rapids and I did the Abyss which was crazy but fun. Aquaventure is a great water park. One of the lifeguards told me to come back in September/October because "the crowds die down", makes sense as schools are back in session. Thanks Ron for a great and reasonable Harborside stay!

Our stay at Atlantis was perfect! Ron was able to find us a 2br Premium condo for our dates. I had checked with several other owners and companies as well. Other owners were either unable to get our dates or were much more expensive. Check-in was flawless and everything was set up correctly in my name.
I have stayed at Atlantis many times before. Staying at Harborside is the way to go with young children for an extended vacation. The convenience of having our own kitchen and private bedrooms made our trip so much better. We had a van waiting for us at the airport (Cheryl's taxi service) which I highly recommend. They also had a carseat already installed for our 1 year old. Before leaving for the Bahamas I ordered our groceries online at Foodstore2go.com (which I also highly recommend). Our groceries arrived about an hour after we checked in. All of the groceries were put away for us. As we have young children we knew they would be too tired after a day at the waterpark to go out for dinner. We also had breakfast and lunch stuff (which we took with us to the pools everyday in a cooler). We only ate out for lunch twice at the end of our trip when the groceries started running out. This made the food portion of our trip much more affordable.
As for the condo itself we had a total of 7 people in the 2br Premium (Lockoff). This condo was perfect for our group. It is a 1 bedroom connected to a 1 bedroom premium. We had 2 adults in each bedroom. 2 of our kids slept on the pull out sofa in the smaller 1 bedroom and the baby slept in our room. We had a kitchen and laundry in each condo. If you are looking for a rental at Harborside I highly recommend renting from Ron, we found him to be very trustworthy and quick to respond to questions. I searched everywhere and couldn't find rates that came anywhere close to what he was able to offer us.

Our family arrived in October for our children's Fall Break from school. We have a 12 and 5 year old so needed something to accommodate the interests of both kids. Atlantis and Harborside did not disappoint. We rented a one room villa which was a perfect size as the kids slept on the pull-out couch. We stopped at the local market and stocked up on food items (breakfast and dinner) - it was simple to arrange for a driver to take us and wait while we shopped ($30 USD). The kitchenette was great - and included a convection microwave oven. The villa was perfectly located - 10 minute walk or 5 minute shuttle ride - from Atlantis. The lines at Atlantis were short - never more than a 5-person deep wait. The weather was beautiful with only a brief rain one afternoon. We would wake up early in the mornings and come back to Harborside around 4-5 each day. After the long days at Atlantis, we enjoyed playing table tennis and shuffleboard and swimming in the beautiful pool at Harborside. Logistically, be sure to get your towels and wristbands at the Harborside pool as there is no line (the line at Atlantis was insignificant). Know going in that the area is expensive so take advantage of the local super market (same size as those found in the US). The staff is friendly and willing to assist with excursions (you get your own concierge) or whatever you may need. Working with Ron was simple. I explained to him what I was looking for and he helped me decide on the perfect villa. He is responsive and fair and I plan on working with him in the future. He was excellent at sending me reminders about upcoming due dates, but not overbearing. Harborside is clean and tucked far enough away from Atlantis which makes it perfect for families and people wanting to be a bit removed from the 'faster' pace of Atlantis proper. Our family highly recommends Atlantis, Harborside and working with Ron.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Harborside. Ron was very responsive and easy to work with. The condo unit met all our needs. The villa staff were attentive and helpful with any issues we had. They were really nice to let us check into our unit at 10:00 am. We had flown red-eye from the west coast and the kids were really needed a nap. The shuttles to/from the water park were frequent. We never had to wait very long (5 to 10 min). The water park was beyond amazing. The kids loved everything and had a great time. We will definitely rent from Ron again on our return trip.
