Beautiful ocean views.

Location was absolutely stellar. It is perfect for us however We have to get in touch with the manager to bring us betting because there was only blankets for the one bedroom and not blankets for the sleeping surface out in the living room. However they delivered right away. And I went to go turn a lamp on in the bedroom only to find out it was more of a decoration that they had cut the plug in and off. That was a bit weird. Other than that all utensils we needed for cooking were there. The location was absolutely perfect. We really enjoyed listening to the live music in the evenings While we sat out on the balcony.

We rented there on our first time to Old Orchard Beach.. On your listing no where's did it warn us of being over a Bar restaurant that had evening bands and weekend day bands outside just under our feet. the continual smell of marijuana was also disturbing. and the smell of frying greese was distasteful. The view was magnifisant.

We were very pleased with out stay at the condo. It was right on the beach. We had a fabulous view from our balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

The condos are dated, from the entryway to the elevator to our unit, old & grungy. The unit itself was clean but musty & old. The view was EXCELLENT and it seemed to be well stocked for summer fun at the beach. Only we arrived the 1st week of October. The entire town was shut down. It was dark & rainy when we arrived. Walking through a deserted town was quite erie. I can imagine this town hopping in the Summer, I only wish the price would've been more reflective of the off-season. We only stayed one night & that was enough.

The location of the property was great with a beautiful view. We did have an issue with the entry lock. The instructions were not clear to open the master lock and enter the property. We tried to call the property manager many times and did not receive a call back. Finally we sat on the hall floor and figured it out. It’s hard for old ladies to get down so low. I would suggest replacing the lock with a push button code one for easier entry.

Dated, but very clean, responsive owners, great location. Loved the views and live music from the bar downstairs.

The view of the beach and location on OOB is outstanding!! The apartment unit itself is tired, quite dated, and was in only fair repair, the floor in the entire unit is sloped toward the beach. The unit had 2 futons and a full bed, one futon was really uncomfortable as it leaned toward the floor and due to its poor condition could not be put back into a couch, the other futon is OK and the bed is super soft but is on wheels so the bed works its way away from the wall while you sleep. One of the best things about this apartment is the use of the washer/dryer, what a blessing to be able to do laundry at the beach!! The owner had everything we needed to do our laundry stocked and ready for use. Make no mistake about it - this apartment is located on top of a live music venue so if you are looking for quiet this is NOT the place as the loud music continued to 1 am on Friday and Saturday night. We love live music and this was one of the reasons we rented this apartment for this stay. It was great to watch from the deck and not have to be down in the chaos of the crowd. There are so many great little shops and eateries within walking distance from the Brunswick. I would recommend dining away from the Swick, the food there is OK for bar food but there are great choices so close by, the steak sandwich from the little dive bar in the parking lot were super, Big Daddy's is tremendous, Rocco's has best pizza and Mainely Cafe has best Lobster roll.

We walked in at 4pm when we were told check in time was; even though after booking online checkin time was 3pm. I was disappointed it changed as we have 2 little ones. It was about 85 degrees and humid in the unit which the tiny room AC just couldn't keep up with. With 2 young children tired and hot after a long day we were thinking it was going to be cool. There were many lights that did not work as the bulbs were blown. About 5 in different rooms. The hand soap was almost empty and there was not soap for the shower. I lucky brought our own soap for the shower. The outlet in the bathroom does not work which is concerning as well. The key lockbox was set to the code we were given so anyone could have entered the room before we arrived. The dishes offered were caked with old food. When we went to go to bed in the hot bedroom the table fan provided did not work, nor did the tv in the bedroom. After spending almost $600.00 after fees for 1 night in this room I expected more. I also thought the live music ended at 11pm which i was fine with, and when you close the slider you cant really hear it but i didn't realize there would be more music with bass put on until 1:30 in the morning. The bass was so loud my head was vibrating on the pillow. Between the temperature of 85 degrees sleeping temp and the super loud music from below i don't know how anyone sleeps here especially with kids. After making the owner aware of all of this they responded stating i should have let them know the night we were there. No apology about any of it. I feel that with all the things that were wrong someone other then me should have noticed all of this. We shouldn't have to have repair people present while staying the night.

Great view and location!

We absolutely loved the condo and the location to the beach and town. Only negative is there is an open air bar below the deck that plays love music late.

Had a blast staying here ! Perfect location ! Right above Brunswick so got to listen to live music on the balcony when we were visiting ! Fireworks on Thursday from the balcony was a huge treat! Perfect little getaway will definitely be booking for next summer :) thank you for renting your place out to us :)

Very clean and comfortable ! The view is spectacular.

This is a very clean property but on the 4th floor of a very old building. Needs some updating for sure but if you could live on the patio/deck, your life's troubles would melt away! This faces the beach and has a wonderful sunrise with really warm sun time...you can be on the beach in seconds!

1) I sent 2 emails and 3 phone calls that were never responded to inquiry about the access to the deck. 2) upon arrival I did not have a code to enter the outside door to the building. I had the code to enter the apartment. I received the password code on Saturday morning at 9:24, we arrived on Friday. 3) no ramp for the outside entrance. ( the staff at the Brunswick/Swick provided me with a portable ramp which was dangerous. 4) I finally received a returned call from the owner , he blamed VRBO for the miscommunications . The owner also stated because the building had an elevator and a portable ramp that it was considered wheelchair accessible. The ADA will not agree with the advertisement. This trip was designed to allow a 66 year old paralyzed women to be at the ocean before she died. Extremely disappointing. False advertising.

You really can’t beat the location and view of this condo. Great space and very clean. Owners were quick to respond and very friendly!

If you have young children and like the beach and amusement park rides then this is a great place for you. Beach is very clean and not crowded. Amusement park is a short walk and there is plenty of take out eateries and a few finer dining choices.

My family (2 adults and a child) and I just had a wonderful 3 night stay! The location was perfect! It was just few minutes to walk to the pier, the beach was right outside, the restaurant and bar down stairs was great to eat at and also people watch from the balcony in the evening while enjoying the live music! They beach right out in front was a great spot, way less crowded than directly next to the pier. The condo is old and they have done some superficial cosmetic fixes. It was clean, which I care about most. I would have loved to have access to a vaccum to take care of the sand that travels back with you from the beach. The music is loud, the doors do a good job drowning it out, but you can hear it. My daughter slept in living room and had no issues sleeping. We would love to come back and stay again!!

We just stayed at this condo for 4 nights and it was a fun, entertaining, amazing mini vaca! The unit overlooks the Brunswick dance floor and patio, which filled up most nights. The weekend bands played until last call and the week nights played until 11. If you wanted a break from the live music, the sliding door shut most of the noise out. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect, the view was amazing, and the owner was quick to respond to all messages. Overall we had a wonderful trip!!
