This is our second time staying in this unit, and we loved it this time too! Cindy is very helpful and answered any questions we had almost immediately. They have upgraded the washer and dryer since our last stay, and now it is an all-in-one. I know this sounds crazy to be excited about, but it is SO CONVENIENT to put your clothes in the wash and forget about them while you’re playing at the beach or the pool (who wants to stop playing to put the clothes in the dryer so their husband and kids have clothes for dinner?! LOL). In all seriousness, our family really likes this unit and will stay here again when traveling to Daytona! Thanks for another great stay, Cindy!

If staying in Daytona you have many options, however for the small amount extra paid for this building, the amenities were 1000% worth it. Being on the 17th floor, just allow alittle extra time to get to and from with elevator congestion. Would highly recommend this unit.

The condo was very nice and as described! Beautiful view overlooking the ocean from the balcony! Cindy was fantastic to work with and responded very quickly when contacted. I would definitely recommend renting this condo!

The place was good enough for couple night. My only concern with the cleanliness was the sofa bed needed to vacuumed and there was hair throughout. There was a misunderstanding about checkout.
