The outside of the house is old and needs paint and lots of repairs. Windows are in bad condition. Trash is viewable under the house; rusted furniture on front and side porches that were usable; rattan legs on the chairs on back porch have shredded. Pictures of the stairs to the second level do not give you a full picture. They are narrow with no handrails and we had difficulty maneuvering them with our luggage. If an adult or child were to fall, they would hit a glass window. The backdoor looked like it had been mauled by a dog on the inside; it looked awful. Leather sofas in the den were old and and cracked. Beds had old, flimsy comforters. There were picture hangers on the walls with no pictures...didn't even bother to remove them. Looked like the house had been bought to rent and no care had been given to it. While it was clean, the overall aesthetics of the inside and outside of the house did not scream clean. The words "beautiful home" in the VRBO description is our opinion is not accurate, and we question the validity of the reviews on this property. It was in such run-down, neglected condition, we chose not to stay. There was nothing about the house that fits the definition of beautiful. It is just an old, old house that could be lovely if it had some TLC. We wonder if or when the owner has actually set foot in the house. We hope this review will be helpful to others looking for a place to stay in Natchez, which is a lovely town.

Great stay and very convenient to downtown and convention center. We had a group of 8 adults stay and had plenty of room. Everything was as listed in the description. Host was super accommodating and was easy to communicate with. We will be back!

The house is beautiful and in a location close to everything. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Great backyard for sitting and/or eating outdoors. Our family had a wonderful time in Natchez!

This was a lovely home and the perfect location for a reunion weekend of six female college friends. Very short drive to most Natchez attractions and restaurants and walking distance to Natchez coffee. Beds were comfortable and master bath was luxurious! We spent most of our time on the patio which had plenty of seating and we could even hear the Patti LaBelle concert that was on the riverfront!

Beautiful house. Easy to find, quiet neighborhood, easy to access all Natchez has to offer. Had a group of 10 friends stay and we all had a great time. Really enjoyed sitting outside in the back patio area in front of a nice fire pit with our adult beverages just talking, laughing and killing time.

A group of nine retired school ladies stayed at this property. It is very unique and spacious! We all loved the house! With that many ladies we sure were grateful for the many huge rooms and bathrooms. Great place to stay in Natchez in a very convenient location. We had a plumbing problem. I called Christine, and after we returned from our outing for the day the problem was resolved. Clay the owner provided informative information about Natchez. I highly recommend this property!!

six women stayed in the house to celebrate a birthday. There was enough room for all of us to be comfortable. The location was a short car ride from shopping and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time in Natchez. The restaurants were outstanding. The house was great. It was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. The problem we had was we couldn’t get any of the three thermostats downstairs to work. So it was hot or cold throughout our stay.

The location was great and the house was so spacious. The renovations are beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We came down for my daughter's event. This is a very nice place. Would definitely stay here again! Very cozy and comfy beds!

Fine old home good for couples and families. Four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a bonus bedroom with shared bath. The property owner was very helpful with an unexpected issue.

I rented this house for a surprise 70th birthday for my mother. The house was a perfect setup for our group of 8. Tons of space, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. And a great patio in the back yard. Clay was very quick to respond and everything was very easy. We had a great weekend and, most importantly, my mother was very happy.

My friends and I booked this property to celebrate my birthday. There were 11 of us total and the house was plenty big for all of us. The host gave great recommendations on things to do, and places to eat and was always willing to answer any questions. The booking process was a breeze and checking in and out was smooth sailing as well. The house is close to downtown so we were able to walk there and back no problem. Would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay and picked it because the house had 4 full bathrooms and places in the home for groups to gather. As we booked near a holiday, I didn’t appreciate having to request specific check in information twice before receiving it 3 days prior to our arrival (but my requests were after we had paid the full rental amount). We had people coming from different states who wanted the information before they left home. The note I received from the rental manager was a bit curt for my taste, as if my request was unreasonable or something. Prior communications with the manager had been pleasant.

The ease of booking was a start to a great experience. The owner and management staff were very helpful. This property is ideal for a family gathering. It more than exceeded former experiences.

This house was big enough to accommodate a big group to celebrate a birthday. When we first arrived, unloading the car and bringing our stuff into the house, we were all ate up by ants everywhere. We really couldn't sit outside on the furniture as it was to dirty and got our clothes dirty. Sitting outside by the firepit would have been perfect with the weather we had. We had no ice, ice maker in kitchen was broken and the one in the freezer kept jamming up with huge blocks of ice. We might have gotten 10-15 pieces out of it. The water dispenser / ice dispenser on he door also leaked. The house was not horribly dirty but was not super clean either. We also came back early on Saturday night to all watch a football game we wanted to see. The TV in the living room would not work. We spend two hours trying to get the TV to work. We finally called Direct TV and they walked us through it, wrong connections on the back of the TV., I did text my contact about the ants and the ice machine and she told me she would let the maintenance guy know which did not help us for our visit. I also text about the TV and was told a few things to do and when it didn't work the response I got was "I don't know what to tell you then." For what we paid to stay there, this did not sit well with any of us due to the fact that the main reason of renting the house was to have enough room to stay together and we couldn't for that game we all wanted to watch. We did get to see the last 10 minutes of it thanks to calling direct TV.The area the house is in is perfect as you can walk to pretty much where ever you need to and not have to worry about driving or parking anywhere.

The house is beautiful. Not really in walking distance of the river. A little too far. Overall cleanliness of house was great. House was stocked with soap, garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc. Owner was very helpful & responsive. Outside area needs a little TLC. Overall was a fun & nice stay!

We needed a big space and this place gave us just that. Good location and quiet.
