About this house rental
This modern newly built custom one of a kind guest house located on the banks of the Colorado river in Palisade wine country. Spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom attached to property owners house has a comfortable king bed and comfortable sofa bed, small kitchenette, steps from the Colorado river float from Riverbend park in Palisade to the house w its private beach, large fishing lake, working farm, animal sanctuary for alpaca, goats, pigs,dogs,cats, chickens, peacocks even a emu that all free range the property.

What a fun place to stay! My family loved having a variety of animals around and pond full of fish to catch! My family of 4 were comfortable in this cabin, with my kids on the pullout couch and husband and I in the bedroom.There are blackout shades throughout the cabin, and though it could have used more pillows with 4 of us, we made it work. We loved hearing all the animal sounds and the dogs at our door greeting us in the morning. If you're not an animal lover, this place may not be for you, but we loved it!

Property was new and right on the river. I didn’t receive check in details until I followed up after check in time. Owner on first call was rude. I called second number but she couldn’t find my reservation. Know that you have to be on the phone with owner/mgr to get directed to your unit as there are many rentals on this farm.
