Every yearmy family takes a summer vacation to the Jersey shore. This year it was myself, my Mother, twin Brother, and his one child, younger brother, and his wife and 2 children. The house was perfect for our family. The house was spacious and the children loved their rooms. There was lots to keep them busy. The saltwater pool was awesome. My brothers brought fishing pes and the house has it's own private dock, whi h took advantage of. The hosts had a 2 person kayak for our use and also a giant four person raft to sit in and relax dockside. The outside area had a lot of space and we could not get enough of the views. The sunsets were so amazing. The pictures we took did not do them justice. There were also fireworks almost every night, over the water. The hosts were beyond helpful and made our stay so easy. My family absolutely loved this location, and the house could not have been more ideal.

House on the bay! Beautiful property ! Carmen was the perfect host. Everything in tip top shape when arrived. Beyond our expectations. We will defiantly be back .

We visited this property for the week that included July 4, which is a crazy, crowded time at the Jersey shore. This home was a peaceful paradise right on the river that felt a million miles away, but was just a quick drive over the bridge to get to Bay Head and Brick beaches. Carmen was accessible and easy to communicate with as we got settled in and had questions about how to turn on the pool heater and local amenities. The house was clean, spacious and the location was awesome…the yard is perfectly planned and well utilized with the pool, two eating areas and plenty of room to relax. We are a family with 2 parents and four young adult kids and this was ideal. The owner provided beach chairs and the house is well equipped.
