Head a half-mile downtown for shops, dining, and beach activity rentals. You're also 13.5 miles from Nehalem Bay State Park, and the recently renovated Tillamook Creamery - home to award-winning cheeses, a restaurant, and a fabulous ice cream parlor. THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental is not pet allergen-free. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: The camera is located on the garage and faces the front entrance. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We enjoyed our time at this property. It is the second time that I rented it.

The 5-stars for this review come because of the location of this home. It is situated in the heart of Rockaway DIRECTLY on the beach. You have full view of the waves as the tides change. The beach entrance is only two houses down (2 minute walk). The beach is not overly crowded and great for a leisurely stroll. We were able to enjoy a winter storm from inside our home ... but felt like we were right on the beach! The house itself is quite small, but would be perfect for a family of four (we were a ladies group of 4). Kitchen is well stocked and the house is clean and inviting (nothing fancy, but all in fine working order). We did have a problem with the fireplace that Vacassa wasn't able to resolve immediately (but we were handy enough and motivated enough to fix it ourselves). Overall, with this house, you're paying for the view, and it is worth it!

Ocean front, waking up to the waves, amazing sunsets. House is well laid out. Three bedrooms and a spacious kitchen. Nice parking. Easy access to beach. Plenty of pillows, towels and kitchen utensils. Loved the place and will come back again

House location is outstanding, can’t beat the view. Convenient access trail to beach is one house over. Very clean and well maintained minus one issue. Clothes drier did not work, apparently this was an issue prior to our arrival per a previous review. We were not informed, had we been we would have done laundry before we arrived as we had been traveling for 5 days prior to here. We were directed to the local laundromat by the host. The local laundromat has seen better days, 3/4 of the machines are out of service. I was offered a credit by the host for the inconvenience that I did not receive. How hard is it to replace a drier?

This is a wonderful little bungalow right on the beach. Clean, well kept up. We definitely are looking to return in the future.

The ocean front/view was breathtaking. Plenty of comfortable chairs and an umbrella. Beds were adequate and the house was very clean. The dryer broke while we were there and received immediate response from Vacasa however was not able to fixed while we were there. Although beach front you have to walk down a steep rock path.

Fantastic stay- better than the pictures in the listing! The house was perfect for 2 couples and one infant. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of beach towels and chairs for outside, gorgeous views and a short walk into town. Would absolutely stay again.

Property was very clean, check in was easy but never found a direct link to owner to ask questions if needed. It had most but not all of the items we needed (tissues in particular during the worst allergy season). The location was lovely, loved the large deck with privacy /wind blocks & small private beach area. Master bed was a little soft but comfy.

This home was the highlight of our trip to Oregon with our two teenagers. It was extremely clean, well stocked with anything we needed and great location. Thanks even had to work a bit while we were there and the WiFi was reliable. I would definitely go back!!

Rockaway Bch is perhaps one of the best kept secrets on the west coast. My grandkids & I were in total awe of our visit because everything was so perfect…the house, the beach, the town…it was a magical trip. It was such that I had to promise that we’ll return sooner than later. Thank you to the owners for opening their home & allowing us to experience the Oregon Coast & all its splendor. If I were to make one recommendation, it would not be for the house & amenities, it would be to erect some sort of rail down the rock path to get to the beach floor. The rocks are steep & can be pretty precarious to navigate as you go up & down.

It you want to do more that enjoy a quiet relaxing days with the sight and sound of the Ocean, it is also very central to exploring the northern Oregon Coast. Rockaway Beach town small with restaurant and grocery selection limited, so you might want to end your day trips with a restaurant or grocery stop before returning.

A family member fell due to the incredibly slick surfaces on the living room resulting in an injury. There has been no follow up from TurnKey despite multiple attempts to communicate. I would not recommend this property. The view and private beach area were great!

We loved our stay! We brought food to make Thanksgiving dinner and it was so easy with this well stocked kitchen! Note - if you want to walk down to the beach, there is a small path one house north that leads to step down rocks. The tide does come all the way up, so make sure to check the tide tables or go down to Rockaway Park to the south. Such a lovely home, very relaxing to hear the ocean all the time!

I’ve never stayed in a true beachfront house and now I don’t think I can go back! The view wins in this house! Lovely to have the outside chairs and platform to sit at. The beds we used were both really comfortable as well. We found everything well stocked in the kitchen and cooked in several meals as there isn’t too much close by for restaurants. But that is ok as it meant we got more time at the house. We took several walks on the beach and soaked up the sounds of the waves. The only thing we thought might be nice to have is a couple foldable beach chairs. If you plan to spend any time ON the beach I would take your own. Otherwise I would for sure stay here again!

Adorable little house. Plenty big kitchen to cook for a family. It was extremely clean. The location to the beach is perfect. They had sand right in front of the deck so the kids can play all day and be confined. I would totally stay here again!

Awesome location, beautiful views. Great for our family of four. Would loved to have seen a few more kitchen items — ended up doing dishes more often just to have enough silverware and bowls, but would still highly recommend.
