Wow! You've found your retreat in the Ponderosa Pines of Flagstaff. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2500 sqft home is the perfect place for you to spend your holiday and vacations. Head up the mountain and go skiing in the winter, bring your bikes and go mountain biking from spring to fall. Watch the leaves change colors in fall. The nights are filled with stars. Relax on the large back deck and count the endless stars. Home is furnished with everything you need to feel like you are at home!!
Regardless your reason for visiting Flagstaff, you will love this home tucked in the Ponderosa pine trees within a private gated community. Absolutely stunning!!
Enjoy our home. We will leave 1 garage stall open for your use as we have our golf cart in the other bay. Garage Fridge is our private fridge. Use of any of the common area facilities (Golf Courses, Golf Practice Areas, Putting Course, Pools, Tennis Courts, Clubhouses, Restaurants, Fitness Centers, Sports Park, or Ponds/Lakes) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED by anyone LEASING a home unless accompanied by a Forest Highlands Member. All leases must be for a minimum of 30 consecutive days unless to an existing Forest Highlands Member. Renting or leasing a home in Forest Highlands gives you access for ingress and egress to the home only, and use of the roads and walking trail for walking/biking.
