When’s it’s time to eat, gather at the three-top island or at the table for six. BED & BATH This three-story townhome sleeps up to eight guests between the three bedrooms and the fold-out armchairs in the family room. Find mountainside bliss in two separate master suites. Sleep soundly on a king bed or relax in the seating area and watch shows on the 50” flat-screen TV. The luxurious and spacious en-suite master bathroom features a double granite vanity, a jetted tub, and a tiled walk-in shower. The second master suite includes a king bed, 50” flat-screen TV, and crib. The en-suite bathroom has a double granite vanity, a jetted tub, and a tiled walk-in shower. Downstairs, the third bedroom features two twin beds and a 50” flat-screen TV. An adjacent full bathroom is outfitted with a granite vanity and a tub/shower combination. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This home was beautiful and incredibly convenient to the Deer Valley Jordanelle gondola. The hot tub was especially appreciated by our family! Our complaint is that the check in instructions did not have all of the information needed access the home. The keypad lock also did not work once we were able to get to it, so it made for a very cold, frustrating hour wondering if we would be able to get in. We did finally figure out a work around with the Vacasa team, but hopefully those issues are being addressed

Good location. Clean and well stocked. Easy to check in and out. Property manager very accommodating with one minor question we had. Plenty of room for the five of us. Hot tub was a nice bonus.

The townhouse was conveniently located; 12 minute ride to Park City Mountain, 10 minutes to Heber City and Midway. Beautiful view, great layout, well stocked, laundry and hot tub all made for a relaxing and great stay.

Essentially two large master suites up stairs . And a 3rd bedroom downstairs away from all with its own bathroom, as well. Kitchen is big and function. Hot tub was an added bonus!! Easy access to everything. 5 mins to Deer Valley and 15 to Park City. And easy access to the freeway to all the other resorts like Solitude, Alta, Snowbird and even Snowbasin (by far the best spot. Worth the easy 45 min drive!)

We stayed at the property for 5 nights and I would return. It was an easy commute to the back side of Deer Valley, and ~15-20mins from Park City. My only small issues with the property would be: (i) weak WiFi, (ii) the Fridge was unusable and smelled like something had died in it and the smell permeated the entire kitchen when you opened the door, and (iii) the downstairs and upstairs bedrooms (all of them) were very cold and the system needs to be re balanced since the heat appeared to be working fine in the common areas.

Power was off when we arrived so had a hard time getting in. Utility work being done so no one to blame. A/C. Is on the top floor only. Had some days in the 90s so it was unpleasant on the main floor. The hot tub was kept at 88 degrees so it was a nice place to cool off. Beautifully decorated and very clean.

We left this property this morning and we are already missing it. Our family of four along with another family four were visiting the area to spend time skiing Deer Valley. The Jordanelle Gondola is a two to three minute drive from the property. The convenience of this can't be overstated. We were at the base of the gondola by 8:45 all four days and we will were able to park in the lower level. We even went home for lunch one day and came back and got a few more runs in that afternoon. The location made for an great skiing experience for all of us. The house is wonderfully laid out and the owners thought of everything. Extra pillows, blankets, blow up bed and towels were abundant. I wouldn't say anyone in our crew is an expert chef but the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was hit and used on the daily by both the parents and the kids. The management company and property were above and beyond. Book it and you won't be dissapointed.
