Oven broken Dish washer broken Spider infestation No working outlet outside No coffee provided Talked to the host on day one about the things that were not working and they said they would get someone out to do repairs & refund 1 night which we agreed to but then they stop communicating with us and never refunded 1 night. We went down for thanksgiving which made it hard to have meals without an oven not to mention thanksgiving (on a day things are closed) so thanksgiving as far as food went was not good :(. There were cobwebs everywhere we killed so many spiders. I’m still trying to work through VRBO on my refund but so far it makes me go through the seller so be aware if using this place that they lie about refunds.

Fun twist and good rates. Location is a bit confusing at first. When we walked in I was so sad to see that they had painted over the great blue container walls inside. Now it's a boring white with a terrible paint job. Seriously one of the worst paint jobs I've seen. We had several issues starting with the email with check-in instructions not being sent until a few hours before check in. The email got snagged by my junk folder and we were on the road with spotty service anyway. Ended up having to call several numbers and eventually got the door code. I had to hang an extra shower curtain in front of one of the bedroom windows because one of the curtain panels was missing. The towels had fraying edges and the colors were technically all in the same color family, but they didn't really match. There were at least 2 spiders in every bathroom at all times. They need more pest control. The oven was dirty inside. Kind of surprising since many people say it didn't work while they were there. Reviewers also weren't kidding when they said the place needs more pots & pans & baking sheets. Again, reviewers were right when they said there was nasty water in the dishwasher. It stunk so I didn't investigate. I wonder if the installation was done incorrectly. If the plug wasn't taken out then it won't drain. That means that all the dishes are being washed with the same water over, and over, and over. YUCK! I had to wash by hand anything I wanted to use because it wasn't clean.

Host left us hanging completely. VRBO could not help because the host was completely unresponsive. Google pin was inaccurate so we could not find the property. VRBO sent an address, but it was also inaccurate. finally found the property by searching google images. Didn't have an access code because the host was completely unresponsive, and door access battery was dead so a code wouldn't have helped anyway. Spent 3+ hours just trying to find the place and get in. Host still has not responded a day after the end of the trip. The property was as expected when we finally got in, clean-ish but the bedding had a BO smell. Dishwasher didn't work (it had a note on it made from a paper ) Worked for some guys on a riding trip, fine if the host was at all responsive or just sent some simple info.

Three couples with Jeeps on trailers. Good parking and three bedrooms and three bathrooms was nice. Place needs a little maintenance, lower oven still doesn’t work, upper oven does, so pizza or cookies were fine. No other issues, Bedrooms would work well for families.

We have stayed here several times. This time the dishwasher didnt work, one set of curtains were down when we arrived, cigarette butts were all over on the ground outside the front door. Lastly my card was charged a 2nd time for the stay that im having to deal with at the moment.

Stayed here for a week while we Offroaded and Hiked Moab. Nice location out of the hustle and bustle of town, yet close enough to enjoy evening dinners at some great local Moab restaurants and shopping. We did 3 meals at the house but couldn't do 2 others, because the oven wouldn't turn on and the one time when it did it would not heat up (gas stove top did work). I had emailed a week prior to the stay inquiring about another review saying it didn't work, but didn't get a response. Wished we would have tested the oven before buying the groceries that needed to be baked. All-in-all, it was a great place for our group of 3 families, 2 adults and 2 kids each per room, and the common area was great for socializing. We would likely book again!

The place needed some cosmetic work done, but for the price we paid it was roomy, it's view wasn't bad, the three bedroom with three bathrooms was a plus. There was only a very small roll of toilet paper in one bathroom, no trash bags in any of the trash cans, or extra onsite and no paper towels. You may bring some or pick some of those things up at the store, just in case. It had a toaster, microwave and keriug coffee maker for pods. The rooms can be a little stuffy at night, if you close the door. We opened the windows at night so it gave it a nice breeze. The parking area is a good size. We had two big trucks and long trailers. Overall, I would give it a 5 out of 5 for the price, as it was reasonable. It beats paying the higher price of the places in town or hotels. It sits just on the other side of an old airport strip which was cool.
