Very cozy little condo. We loved how close it was to everything and the views in the mornings and at night where absolutely amazing. the only reason I did 4 stars is because the sheets in the room did not seem to be changed. There was hair on the bed and it was not fresh smelling sheets by any means.

Beautiful condo with great location right across from Village Center. Condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable clean and quiet. Highly recommend when visiting Purgatory

Everything was wonderful! The air was a little off but otherwise all was good

The property was comfortable and mostly as described (not an actual ski-in / ski-out), but we had significant issues with check-in, and were unable to speak with the local host / agent which is facilitated through Vacasa. When we arrived, the local agent had not registered our stay with the property management company, so they were unable to provide door keys / access to the unit. We had to make several calls to the "800" number for the listing but never received support. Ultimately, the property management team at Purgatory contacted the local representative directly and about 15 minutes later, we were able to check in. This delay caused us to miss our appointment for ski rentals and ultimately cost us additional money due to that missed appointment. Additionally, during our stay, the Carbon Monoxide alarm triggered and we were unable to speak with the local management personnel. After over 4 hours of calls to the "800" number for support we gave up, packed our things, and checked into a local hotel for our final night in Durango. We finally did receive a call back from one of the call center personnel that instructed us to simply remove the batteries from the Carbon Monoxide detector, which is completely unacceptable. By the time that call came in, we'd already left the facility and were en route to a hotel for the night. While it is possible that the alarm was triggering due to a low battery, battery maintenance on critical safety equipment is not too much to expect when renting property. This is especially true considering that we notified the call center personnel that the alarm stopped going off when we removed it from the unit and placed it on the outside balcony, which led us to believe that there could have been a legitimate threat of carbon monoxide exposure. In general, we've always had good luck with VRBO, but we will likely never stay in another property that is managed by Vacasa in Durango. I plan to follow-up with Vacasa directly during business hours this week, and see what, if anything, they plan to prevent these issues from happening in the future. Unfortunately, after doing a little research locally, it sounds like this type of unresponsiveness and check-in related issues happens 3-4 times per day for properties in Durango that are managed by Vacasa.

This place was wonderful!! Beautiful space with everything you need to cook a meal. Super short walk to the lift! We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our week stay at Ali’s View -Peregrine Point. The home was well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the view was truly spectacular! The furnishings are not only beautiful but very comfortable. We did not ski, but it’s a perfect location for those that do. I highly recommend!
