The stunning property is located in a historical Georgian building, in a chic area of Edinburgh and close to many local coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The property is modern and bright and it boasts a large living room with a workspace area, three spacious bedrooms, one bathroom, a fitted kitchen with dining area. Living room: The double sofa can also be used as a comfortable sofa bed if needed. The flat-screen Smart TV has Freeview and online apps. There is also a dining area, that can be used as a workspace. Kitchen area: The large open plan kitchen has all cookware, crockery, cutlery & kitchen utensils needed during your stay, including an oven, electric hob, fridge and freezer. There is a cosy dining area with stools. Bedroom: The property is ideal for 6 people and can sleep up to 8 guests as there is a sofa bed in the living room. There are 3 bedrooms (1xKing, 2x small doubles) all fitted with quality mattress and storage for your personal belongings! Each bed is fitted with high hotel quality white bed linen along with a hand & bath towel for each guest. HOUSE RULES: Please be respectful of property & neighbours Don't be loud If smoking please smoke outside the property not in the stair or nor with door open. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
