Perched just a short walk from the sand, you will have no trouble getting your fill of sweet sunshine. Yet, you may find it difficult to leave the comforts of home base with the furnished deck, large backyard, and a gas grill for summer cookouts! Inside, this expansive home offers three spacious floors providing plenty of room for larger groups to spread out or gather together. The main, mid-floor will be the hub for entertaining with a fantastic living area complete with a TV, sectional, and access to the deck. While everyone is watching a favorite show, the chef of the group can hop into the full kitchen to prepare tasty snacks and meals using the stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Plus, there will be no need to be disconnected with high-speed WiFi available for remote work and school. You deserve a getaway, so book your stay today! THINGS TO KNOW *No gatherings are allowed at this home. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: Interior cameras have been covered by the owner. There are cameras on the outside of the home but owner has those turned off. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The house was beautiful but eveytime I tried to call to report the problems no one answered the maintenance line it just rang and rang until this morning so was a little disappointing.

The property is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Rooms are rather large. We were really impressed and liked it. Only the dinning table was too small for all of us to sit around it to eat.

Spacious home within walking distance to beach. Grills for outdoor cooking and most kitchen items one needs. Clothes dryer needs replaced with more efficient one, some appliances were dirty. Overall this was a great house.

House was very clean and well decorated. The decks could use a little work but we a great time and would stay there again.

The fully equipped kitchen stole the show! Elevator for my elderly mom was a bonus! Could use more towels and face cloths in bathrooms. Need more attention to areas that collect dust like: fan blades, artificial flowers, and other standing decor pieces. Overall, a very pleasant stay!! Would love to come back!!

Walking distance to beach! Spacious, great kitchen, awesome sitting areas. Needed a little deep cleaning in areas, but overall clean. Ice cream shop at the corner.
