The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Security camera details: Ring at entry. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was pretty well kept, had some nice design features, we enjoyed the pool and backyard, it was great for the kids.

The management was immediately responsive! The property is safe and as advertised. Perfect for dog owners. However, when we arrived, the house was stuffy with a STRONG dog odor. The carpets should have been cleaned, perhaps the upholstery and bed spreads also. The house is older and has been well used. The outside lights only stay on for 5 minutes, so if you're coming in after dark, there are no lights to help with the keycode pad. You must have a flashlight. The kitchen garbage bags were too small for the can, only coming halfway up. If you aren't careful, the waste goes in-between the bag and the inside of the can, creating a mess. The washer/dryer are vertical--could be a problem for smaller folk, even with the provided step stool.

We loved the location and having our fur babies with us. The home does need a little TLC and a working T.V. remote. There will not be a third stay in this home.

We enjoyed this home while visiting the area with our elderly mother. The house was clean, had comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Pool is older but has a nice fountain and we enjoyed the back patio. The recliners in the living room were very comfortable. We had trouble with some of the light switches and the outside light on the front porch did not work which made it very dark. The ice maker is very loud and the stovetop had an alarm that went off a couple of times. Cleaning crew was waiting in the driveway when we were trying to leave which was a little intimidating. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again if returning to the area.

This place is a 10 out of 10. The owners thought of just about everything. First of all, the house was spotless. Secondly, the kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you could think of that you might need for cooking. The pool was great! The board games and corn hole were a lot of fun. I can’t say anything negative. Thank you so much for making our week perfect!

We absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for the five of us. The pool was a hit!! Sidenote: the pool guy came while we were at the house one day...great guy! The house also has the cutest master bathroom I've ever seen. Loved the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Nice, friendly neighbors! Would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful stay for our family. The kids loved the pool and the toys were an extra perk. Check in was super easy and everything was clean and cozy. I would recommend this place!

We stayed during spring break. Upon arrival the pool was filthy! I spent a good amount of time the next morning cleaning the debris out from the bottom and the skimmer box was so full the water could not circulate. The pool company showed up later in the afternoon but kids are not going to wait to swim until someone shows up to clean the pool. The ice maker is still not fixed and during the night it makes a horrible banging noise. Our biggest issue was figuring out when the trash was to be picked up. Both trash cans were full upon arrival and there is no information in the welcome book about the trash schedule. After calling the management company, we were able to get the trash picked up on the correct schedule. We also reported our other maintenance issues above. Hopefully they will be addressed because the house is nice and comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay, and loved almost everything about this place. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy, the master bath was really nice, the games and kid toys were awesome, the décor was lovely, the yard was a nice size. The journey to the Honeymoon Island beach was pretty short. But the pool was filled with leaves because the pool vacuum was not working. Otherwise, we loved it.

Loved our stay over Thanksgiving at this clean and well appointed home. Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything including the beach! A little too cold to enjoy the pool, but the board games were great. The kids loved the projector in the bunk bed room and the dogs loved the fenced back yard! Would recommend for sure!
