Staff all polite but Ms. Nice was the best my booking was messed up but she manage to solve the problem so fast
My booking was include with breakfast but i couldn't have anything because they was no halal food

Relatively quiet hotel on the river.

Staff were good... although a bit of chat & charm was missing at checkin... the first question "passports?" Rather than a welcome.
Pool area was a bit grubby. The loungers are uncomfortable. So rule obsessed the "thou shalt not" signs are everywhere, not being a cannabis smoking yob wanting to throw things off the balcony I didn't need the warnings everywhere!! And some sort of rules about children's behaviour in the main bar late at night... staff were having to ask parents to control the kids... but they should probably be banned after 9pm (me being grumpy possibly, but it was an 80% adult environment).
