The location is excellent for walking into the city. The room was sparklingly clean and bright and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The landlady was friendly and helpful. I couldn't fault the provision.

Only a ten minute walk from the Cathedral but our room was very quiet at night. The room was pristine and the bed comfortable. Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Our room in No. 23 overlooking the garden was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. Liz, the host, was very welcoming and served a wonderful breakfast with lots of choice.

Very flexible on the breakfast, with a good selection of cereals and yoghurts in addition to cooked breakfast. Enjoyed the full vegi breakfast. In addition, host was very fun and happy to help!

The property exceeded our expectations very well maintained with a wonderful host she had a great rapport with the guests made us feel welcome and nothing was a problem for her full of beans and always smiling can't recommend this place enough
