The room was big (we were 3 persons) and we did not feel cramped. It was cleaned properly everyday. The breakfast was great just like home cooked food. Did not miss home food at all. It was located in a peaceful area - away from noise and pollution. Taxis were available easily for daily commute.
Had to be reminded to give toilet paper and complimentary water.

Manager Khemraj Sharma was very active and he managed everything so well..Exceptional service provided
Facilities vis a vis the rate charged were below average.There was no generator and power cut is so frequent there nor there was any mini bar in room.Rooms were large in size but bed's comfort etc were pretty average. Location is also away from Main police bazar market and thus rates charged seems to be on higher side Food was average.Only upside I experienced was staff who are exceptionally good and responsive
