Great value for money in spacious books with great service!

Great facilities: airco in all rooms, pool, outside bathroom. Anytime we had a question the owner would respond or pass by immediately. Great value for money!

Some items did not work properly like the dishwasher and one toilet.

Very comfortable and nice, yet the wifi was disappointing

The house was very comfortable. Made it hard to go out. Sometimes, i just wanted to stay inside the whole day even though the trip was to explore Aruba. We loved the outside area, especially the pool. The beds were really comfortable.

The wifi was terrible, but apparently, this issue is because of the company. Thus, it is out of the owners control. The air-conditioning in the living room/kitchen didn't work well. It was more of a fan.

Great place to hangout with family and friends.

This home was very clean. The owners were very helpful. They gave us recommendations for places to shop, eat, etc. The area this home is located in is quiet and easy to get around. The price for what you get in this home really exceeded our expectations. The outside area with a pool and covered seating was really nice and the outside bathroom was an unexpected surprise and great for a beach destination. You get a lot for the price they are asking.

There is a lack of storage in the secondary bedrooms. The master had plenty of storage. I am not really the kind of person who likes to live out of my suitcase. There was no closet, hanging rack, or dresser for putting clothes away. The bedrooms could also use lamps on the nightstands.

The stay was great! Owner needs to have a checklist of all the maintenance and items in the house.

The backyard was excellent!

There were many issues with the maintenance of the house. Dishwasher didn’t work, no dish soap, no wash cloths , no dishcloths, no strainer, no pots for cooking in the oven, no batteries in remotes, no garbage bags, beach chairs are broken, no outlets in the bathrooms. The drain in the master shower not functional. TVs issues with passwords. The toilet caused a flood. Owner didn’t maintain the pool during our stay. The washer and dryer are outside.

Family home with great outdoor space

The overall outdoor space, kitchen, and living room area were very spacious. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a water cooker, air fryer, toaster, sandwich grill, coffee machine, rice cooker, microwave and blender which were things we used often. Also, the hosts were exceptional, friendly, giving, and ready to help at every moment of the day. We felt very welcomed by Ricky and his wife. Thank you so much for that.

During our stay the dishwasher was not usable which made clean up after meals a chore with 6 adults staying here. Also, we did have some minor issues in the home on seperate occasions but with that being said, Ricky and his wife helped solve these issues in a timely manner, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They even baked us a delicious Aruban cake for the inconvenience which we really appreciated. But overall we did have a nice stay here and will consider staying here again in the future.

How I wish I could've stayed longer to enjoy it All!

Spacious and beautiful home! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Inlove with the backyard, pool, bar, grill station. We didn't had enough time to enjoy it all. Thank you sooo much for our farewell chocolates 🤩!

Its just a little little bit far from Palm beach etc.. But we enjoyed getting to know a more local neighborhood than what we were used to in Aruba.

Perfect!

Cataleya Villa is the best place to stay at Aruba. Cataleya Villa is a clean, spacious and is centraly located. A BIG 10. The best host i ever encountered in all the places i have visited in my life. The description of the villa is accurate. I would like to invite each and everyone to come stay at Cataleya Villa. The host was humble,generous and pending of all the guest needs. I would like to thank Ricky and wife from the bottom of my heart.
