The hotel itself is very nice, the views are beautiful, and the coffee shop is really good!
We booked this stay as somewhere nice to relax and enjoy the views of Sapa. Unfortunately this was ruined by construction work taking place on the top of the building. The workers started at 7am, drilling and hammering, there was no pre-warning of this by the management of the stay which I think would have been common courtesy when guests are booking, and then at least we would have known prior to our stay.
If this didn’t happen would have been far more relaxing though!

Beautiful views. Trek booked through them was excellent. Mai our guide was really lovely.
When having a drink in the garden constantly hassled to buy things. Light switches really dirty and staff efficient but not overly friendly.
