It was a good hotel, comfortable beds, clean and quiet despite being on the main avenue in Souris.

A prime location in an exceptional town of about 2000+ where you can walk to the longest suspension bridge in Canada in a moment (90 secs.) The Hillcrest Museum is also there for an historic and nostalgic visit.
The hotel was like a new suite with two TVs and a desk work area. The best place in that price range in our entire motor holiday. A very nice breakfast until 9 am. Superb management and maintenance over a 24 hour period.
The hotel blew a transformer in the middle of the evening in one of the most vicious storms of the summer that felled trees all over the region, denying use of the multi-channeled TVs that night. (In the 50s and 60s, they had one black and white station, and two in the 70s.)
