Note: no elevator. Room was spacious and clean. View was awesome. Check in was chaotic. I asked if there was a restaurant on site. Was told no. Next morning discovered they had a limited breakfast. This was never mentioned. Hotel could use some updating in common areas.

The hotel is old. There is leaking mark on both room's bathrooms ceiling. Breakfast is average, eggs are a bit cold. Not worth the money.

Loud bar music kept us up until 2am. No milk for cereal. Lobby coffee was like syrup. Bathtub faucet handle almost fell off. No elevator. Fire door propped open.

When checking in asked about the onsite restaurant ....and was told there was not one even though on their website it showed one and the exterior of the building had a sign for one...motels was getting a new roof but that was no issue...pool was green and locked...there were stains on the wall and lampshade...the men's bathroom in the hall had mold growing...the breakfast provided was the worst we have ever had...we heard others also complaining...my daughter complained of sticky carpets...the tv was cracked which I advised front desk about and was told they were aware but did not seem concerned...toilets needed ti be fk=lushed multiple times to be clean...the beds a, pillows and towels were average...I have stayed in many Quality Inns...this was the worst...it should be downgraded to a Rodeway

Overall it was OK. The AC unit was noisy and the bathroom vent didn’t work. Otherwise we had no complaint. Stayed only one night.

More like poor-Quality Inn. You couldn’t pay me $100 to stay in this hotel again. The room reeked of cigarettes and only got worse when you turned the AC on. The water temperature of the shower changed from warm to cold to hot and back to warm frequently. I guess it’s my fault for choosing the cheapest hotel option around but I truly feel this stay was worth maybe $50 a night, not $100+. Please consider another option if you read this review. Trust me.

One night stay. Room was fine but breakfast was lacking

The hotel was in good shape, but there was broken glass outside the door and the sink didn't have hot water and the shower didn't have cold water. I was glad we were only there for 1 night. The front desk was very friendly and did great. But the view wasn't as promised.

Heater did not work properly auto settings did not work

This location was safe, clean, and convenient but in need of some upkeep. Faucets didn't work consistently, carpet worn, etc. They had a standard free breakfast which was appreciates, and there was RV and boat parking if needed.

Avoid staying at this hotel at all costs. I accidentally double booked a room for the same night and the hotel staff would not work with me or refund me so I paid double the room fee for one night. They also ensured me it was a non-smoking hotel, but my room smelled like an ashtray. There are signs all over the hotel saying how clean it is, yet the room was filthy. Parts of the walls, ceilings, and shower were missing. When I went to my room, the door was propped open so I requested another room. Checking in took nearly an hour which was ridiculous. For both rooms, the staff gave me poor directions to the room and the property is large so it was difficult navigating around.

Easy to get to location. Friendly staff. The hotel could definitely use some updates. Bed was decent, which is the only reason I was there, besides a shower.

Hotel needs a makeover no hot water just lukewarm,stained carpet in hotel room. No elevator to get to my 2nd floor room.

It's totally a nightmare experience. We filed complaint with the front desk about the noise coming out of next room at 11:30 pm. They did not manage the issue right away. In the early morning around 6:00 am, the loud music coming out of the next room again. It total ruined my family vacation. While we spoke with the front dest in the morning and asked to speak with the manager. The front desk staff said the manager was off the duty even though it displayed the manager was on duty then. They even claimed the noise last night was from the event across the street. There're no event at 11:30 pm for sure. They just didn't want to accept the fact of the noise coming right next to our room. We even showed them the audio that we recorded while noise was happen, Unfortunately, they denied the proof that we had shown to them. They even called the police because we filed the complaint. When police came, there's nothing he can do because it's not a criminal issue. Anyway, just want to share our terrible experience we've been through. The hotel staff, Liz, not only ignored our claim but also denied taking any complimentary action. Their service quality is definitely horrible. The breakfast provided was also poor. The room was so outdated and dirty. This is the worse experience we've ever been through. Hight recommended not to book the Quality Inn in Page, Arizona ever. If you don't care what I just mentioned. I will feel sorry to you for not listening to me.

Haven’t stayed at a quality inn for a while but figured we’d try it out in Page. Pros: - location was perfect - front desk staff was very efficient and check in/check out was easy Cons: - the room had clearly seen better days, there was a hole that had been painted over on our bathroom door, the tv stand was cut and part of it was falling apart, the fridge was splashed with paint - breakfast was like eating in a ghost town. At 8am on a Monday they had no hot breakfast, which was supposed to be included. - the breakfast room had cabinets that were falling apart and looked black/moldy on the inside - the shower was leaky and the toilet would flush on its own… TLDR: would not recommend in general but was manageable for a one night stay while passing through page

The property is super outdated and does not look like the pictures. When we arrived the lobby wreaked of eggs and this continued up to our room. In the room we found stains on the comforter and towels. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

No hot water, dirty refrigerator, in the first room they gave me the bathroom light and phone were not working, refrigerator was dirty, the bathroom fan was exceedingly noisy, the tub faucet had a major leak, and no hot water. The young man who helped was the only staff who was courteous and helpful. The second room had no hot water, a used keurig in the coffee maker, they keyed my room to work on the room but not the building. I stayed 2 nights and they did not clean or restock my room. When asking about the hot water, their answer was to wait an hour and see if it was hot. It was 11pm. Not reasonable to ask me to wait until midnight. Even so I checked at midnight and 5:30 am. Water was never more than lukewarm in the tub and bathroom faucet

The pictures are far from reality! The whole building is extremely old, plumbing is bad and NO ELEVATOR so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. No water at the front desk, you’ll have to pay $2 per bottle of water. Breakfast area has very nice view from the window but the breakfast selection is poor, not refilled on time, some people had to come back twice to get lucky to get at least something for breakfast. Front desk staff were friendly and location was convenient to antelope canyon and horseshoe. However, I would recommend staying at different, newer and better taken care of hotel.

I would only recommend this place if you are looking for a night to stay with no expectations of decent room appliances or quietness. The breakfast served is NOT a hot breakfast. Just bread, coffee and juice. So for an overnight stay and convenient location, it is okay.

The expectations were not high but we were still disappointed. The only thing we wished for was that room would be clean. Sadly, it was not the case. The room seemed fine at first but the more you looked the worse it got. There were hair strands in the bed, the dust ruffle was stained with bodily fluids and there were crumbs on the floor. Asked for clean sheets, they didn’t have any. Changed rooms, the new room had clean sheets but there were boot marks in the bathtub and the bathroom overall could have used a good scrub. Quality Inn but this is not the quality you’re looking for.

The hotel did not refund the deposit without telling the reason. I called the front desk and there was no response. Don't stay here.

Has potential to be a nice place

Good location. Clean hotel with free breakfast!

This property is tired, the room we were in was outdated. The carpet was worn, the shower drained very slowly, the heater/air conditioner was wrapped in tape, the curtains were not attached to the rod in places. The bathroom shower was rusty and constantly had a drip. However, the bed was comfortable. The property description stated they had a restaurant on premise, however, that had closed some months prior. They should update their description. Breakfast was very limited. The dining room had a wonderful view, however it was only open for use during breakfast. I will never go back to this facility again and will think twice about other Quality Inn properties.

Beds weren’t great but not terrible. Tub faucet had a constant drip. Fridge wasn’t all that cold. Microwave was ancient and wouldn’t heat our food. Toilet refused to flush fully first try. Struggled to find a setting for the heater that it stayed a comfortable temperature rather than getting way too warm or way too cold with the giant glass door. Bathroom ceiling would condensate VERY fast from hot showers and would soak the entire bathroom floor. Dog area covered in goat heads that we had to keep pulling from our dog’s paws - annoying for $20 extra a night.

Clean very quiet, off season not many people around.

the view was amazing, as well the easy of being about to have access to the dog area, it was very quite and safe, the bed was so comfy
