I show up for my reservation. I was told the card reader didn't work and i had to use cash. I went to the ATM to get cash and the ATM did not work. The staff said i would have to find a ATM to pay cash. Why would i go hurting for a atm just to pay you. I went to the holiday inn express next door and got a room now rodeway charged my card and wont give me a refund. I will take it up with my bank.

The smell of tobacco was overwhelming gross and horrible! The room was disgusting from the table to the linens to the floors to the sink to the dresser to the shower and lining in the shower. The chair look like it came from the dumpsters. The he price difference between walking up and online is scam suspicious. The microwave was straight RUST under the plate. It was so bad that I left early. Wayyy early. Really feel like you all OWE ME A REFUND OF SOME KIND!!!!

The room had too many roaches in it to be comfortable. The bed sheets are almost dry rotted, they have holes in them. NONE of the towels in the room looked clean and the sofa had stains.

I have worked in the prison most of my adult life,It’s sad to see these conditions of this place where people pay to stay. I promptly got a refund and left.

Everything almost good need some remodeling

Staff was awful. Could not get extra pillows or anything. Dirty. Beds were not comfortable.

Fortunately the room was ready. We were coming from out-of-town for a wedding and we’re able to get ready, but I did not feel comfortable spending the night. It smelled like smoke in our nonsmoking room. The lights were out in the lobby. There seemed to be a footprint on the wall and I did not trust the overall cleanliness of the room.

All I have to say is cockroach’s crawling on me while I slept. This place is disgusting,

honestly you get what you pay for from this hotel. very outdated, the sheets had holes and there was a lot of patched up holes in the walls/doors. the main door felt like it wouldn’t close all the way. we only stayed one night so we kind of just pushed through it. I wouldn’t stay more than one night here

Walls, Bathtub and door Stains. Insects in room and Holes in bedding and mattress. And an unknown odor

Staff was nice at check in. Property is pretty run down. Grout in bathroom is aweful and walls need paint and new fixtures. No toilet tissue holder. I paid for a deluxe room and from what I can tell from the photos I got a standard room. Over all ok for the money.

They don’t do nothing and don’t like yo nothing my bathroom was licking water and I couldn’t change rooms

Very poor room conditions, we were woken up twice by people pounding on our door looking for someone who gave our room number for "booty-calls" (their words exactly to quote). There was a huge pile of Smucker's jelly packets behind one of the dressers (it wasnt in hiding, you could see it without moving the dresser). The light fixtures eere sketchy, the outlets were sketchy, one of them was removable not on purpose. The bathroom door did not like to latch. One of their "ice machines" was just an Igloos Cooler with a scoop in the lobby. The breakfast was harldy a breakfast. The bread looked and smelled like it was molding, the waffle mahine had no mix, the fruit was not that fresh, the cereal looked like it had been in the dispensers for a long while. The tables were sticky with god knows what. The chairs in the room were stained with some sort of black substance. We had a non-smoking room and it smelled strongly of smoke upon entering and the blankets on the bed were covered in cigarette burns. Trash was not taken often enough, we had a bag sitting outside for two days (we left before it was picked up, so we dont even know if it was taken any time soon after). We did not get any room sevice, we had the same two towels for 5 days. The mirror looked like it was molding between the glass layers, it was gross. The fridge smelled a little wierd, so did the microwave. The microwave was probably the cleanest part of the room. I could go on and on.

Room was in poor conditions. Seems like shower had not been ran for a while because it came out red in the beginning. Bathroom was in poor conditions. A lot of the rooms were used as storage. Dead bugs on floor. Do not recommend

Dirty place and terrible staff

The toilets in the suites was running the whole time. No extra towels or bath clothes we had to buy some more. The bathroom floor was dirty but we had paid for it. But I'll know next time

Found a finger nail in the supposed to be clean bed, look like someone threw something on the wall and they said F*** it, I’m not cleaning that, tub has rust on it. We look at 3 rooms before staying at a decent room.. NEVER AGAIN

Advertised a swimming pool, but no swimming pool available

I only liked the fact that it was a roof over my head. The place should be reported to the Health Department. There are bedbugs,roaches,spiders,the fixtures are loosen to the point that a little nudge they break,plus the curtains are filthy and dont close. Its more but sickens me to see why management or owners dont fix the place up.

Horrible & ratchet

This was the absolute worst place i have ever stayed! Gross, just gross. If this is the standard for all Rodeway Inn hotels, i will make sure i never book one again. Holes in sheets, holes in comforter, stains on comforters, bathroom doors didn't shut, toilet didn't flush, shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever. Rusty and nasty. I booked a suite so i would have an extra bed and they couldn't even supply a blanket. It was a pain to get even sheets. Honestly, i can't believe this place hasn't been condemned!

So when we got there we had no remote. The pool wasn’t open. The breakfast consisted of toast and cereal. The bathtub had some type of bondo around the faucet in the tub. There was trash and cigarette butts behind the night stand. The dresser was broke. Then the second night my daughter had a cockroach showering with her. That’s when we decided to move hotels.
