I’ll be honest and say, I chose this place purely because of the price and I was fully prepared for less than the best conditions. I was so pleasantly surprised with the THOROUGH cleanliness of the entire place, my room, bathroom, sinks, toilet, tub, no soap grime to be seen, no dust to be collected! Additionally, my room key card deactivated because I thoughtlessly put it in my wallet a couple times and the man at the desk was so kind and patient with me, helped me every time, even came up to my room to check himself.
If you’re looking for a budget place to relax/lay your head at night, and all you really care about is cleanliness and high quality customer service like me, then this is a really great place to choose!

Pro: Price very nice. Clean sheets and towels. Shower worked great. Staff offered which floor we desired.
Con: The building was obviously old. But upgrades and repairs were visible. "Breakfast" was a banana and various types of coffees.
