Only stay here if it’s your last resort. Which it was for us. We got there around 9:30 at night and nobody was at the check in desk for almost 30 minutes. When we got to the room it smelled like an ashtray. The bathtub, I wouldn’t even go near. Let’s just say I slept a few hours and got back on the road.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and organized. Staff also was very helpful. I would definitely recommend extended stay to anyone looking for a clean environment friendly staff and excellent rates.

It smelled of cigarettes week and some sort of lemon cleaner. The room was just stale and gross. It was to be a non smoking facility but clearly was not. Totally run down and won’t stay there again!

This hotel was a huge disappointment and no where near the standard we were used to at other Extended Stay locations. I even asked my husband if we could go somewhere else but it had been a long day of driving and he was tired and didn't want to get back in the car. Grungy is the best word to describe it...the security clasp on the door was broken off like it had been kicked in, the air conditioner unit looked like someone took a hammer to it, the TV had a 4 inch wide white stripe at the top of the screen so you could only see the bottom two-thirds, my husband sat on the bed and it rolled away from him and almost fell and the room wasn't as clean as we expected, I actually checked for bedbugs...didn't find any thank heaven. Would not recommend.

This is an old hotel. Don't set your expectations high. We were there race weekend and it was $280 a night for an old or poorly remodel hotel with horrible cheap beds. Everything smelled like smoke or weed everywhere. The room did have a kitchenette though.

The check in was magnificent, the room was alright. I had issue with the mattress, it smelled like human feces, I could not sleep there. There was no hot water in the room/building. After driving 900 miles, from Oklahoma to VA, I needed a place to spend the night comfortably, I did not receive it. I left the hotel after 4 hours. Although the very nice elderly lady at he desk meant well by providing me with a handicap room, the room was unsatisfactory.

Disgusting environment. Understaffed. Unclean. I checked in at 11pm
I had to change rooms 3 times for cleanliness reason or inoperable amenities. Finally one hour after third move in and out I took a room with a non operating appliance because I did not needed it and I was just so tired. Floor filthy, dirty towels to point on yellow and still wet , not dry . I slept full on top bedding , fully clothed with in mind to just get a little rest and run for my life. There were people in the stairwell there I thought I was in new Jack city. Place needs security. More staff. Better everything. The front desk attendant was nice and apologetic .
But I’ve never seen a company run cooperative so bad.

We did an early check in and when we got into the room it hadn’t been cleaned yet, the staff was prompt to get us a different room and all was fine. I liked how the rooms had a regular fridge and working stove and microwave. Didn’t like how run down the actual building was, mostly cosmetic

Love that it has a stove, sink, and fridge works well with our needs. Clean, beds aren’t hard as a rock.

Rooms were dated, but clean. Comfortable bed and a good nights sleep. No issue whatsoever for the price paid. The exterior signage from the highway was poorly lit. Hallways and outer areas were worn and elevator was filthy.

Our experience at this hotel was good. The grounds and room was very clean. No road traffic at all as it sits on top of a hill. We were in town for Country Thunder. It was only 13 miles from the motor speedway which was convenient. The exit this hotel sits off of has tons of places to eat which is a plus.

The staff was being amazing. They went above and beyond for myself and husband and our three dogs.
The housekeeping staff was extremely nice and friendly. They also went above and beyond for us.
The front desk staff were amazing as well.
This hotel was so clean and the staff are helpful and will do everything they can to help, even in emergency situations like we we're in.
I will recommend this hotel all day to everyone

Check in was fine, floor needed to be cleaned, shower was slippery and had sand in it , room smelled of Marijuana, we ordered food and used the ironing board and bed for table and chairs, bed was comfortable, near stores,restaurants gas stations. People there are friendly. Although I wouldn't stay there again , doesn't mean you shouldn't, I have higher expectations of how a hotel should be.

Stayed during holiday weekend so there weren’t a ton of options but this one was priced well and seemed nice in photos. Staff was very nice. When I walked out after checking in, a woman told me not to stay there, it looked as though she maybe has been evicted and all her belongings were in bags piled in a truck. Anyway, we continued to the back building to our room. As we walked up the stairs, we noticed the piles of trash and cigarette ashes in the corners. The first step at the landing in most floors were rotting away as well, we could see through them but they were still solid feeling. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door, and the bed only had what I would describe a sheet as a blanket. The rest is the run was clean though. We did request another blanket and thankfully got an actual comforter. The breakfast was just packaged granola and muffins and coffee. The stay was fine for being a holiday and the staff was great but there were definitely things to mention.

Check in was very slow due to computer system. It’s advertised as free breakfast but they said they no longer offer free breakfast. Beds were not comfortable. Room was clean but had a musty odor. The receptionist was nice and apologetic for the slowness. It did have a kitchenette which was nice. For the price though, look somewhere else!

The floor was dirty is our room but other than that we were very pleased witj the staff, property and our stay, we were pleasantly surprised with the new updates being made the view and the quietness of the property. We will definitely stay there again

We understand the property is been renovated but they need to clean up the mess. Beer cans around the stairways and outside at the sidewalks. No breakfast, unless you count a honey bun and a cup of coffee. Don't recommend it.

Very tired motel. Door safety catch broken, bath badly stained. Rooms not well insulated, could hear neighbours and rain. Breakfast very poor with just juice, yoghurt, cereal bar and packet pastry. Had to take back to the room as no seating. Pool looked nice but raining when we were there. Notice on reception suggested it was having work done.

The hotel is advertised that they have free breakfast. The reviews are correct it is only available on weekend and even then I would not call it breakfast. It was limited to what I would call light snacks. Should not be advertised as breakfast.

Renovations are in progress, and some good things are being done. We had a very clean room, a comfortable bed with a firm mattress. However, there were some problems that may be due to the renovations still being in progress. Both the bathroom sink and the kitchenette sink were clogged and very slow to drain. The room only had one chair, so one person had to sit on the bed. The door to the fridge opened the wrong way, so it was difficult to get into the fridge. Hopefully, some of these will be addressed before our next visit.
