The service (checking in and out) was great. The room was clean.
The bed was too soft. Several items were either missing, broken, or repaired poorly. The building needs a face-lift. The breakfast was poor: Limited selection, what there was didn’t taste good.

It was great, wonderful service and the staff were great. Also really enjoyed the shuttle service.

The carpet was frayed in the room and hallways. The swimming pool was missing a number of tiles, the sauna didn't work, the ceiling tiles in the pool area were stained.
That said, the continental breakfast wasn't bad. They provided a warm food option. People were friendly.
Overall it was overpriced but ok

Pretty decent experience overall. After a long day their jacuzzi/hot tub was delightful. Clean room, older hotel but it didn’t have that old smell. Nice location…very reasonable!

The bed was ok. Room was large. Plenty of places to walk a dog. Check in staff was friendly and offered advice on things to do. Underneath bed was clean as I had to retrieve dog toys from underneath. Didn’t try the breakfast

The best thing about the hotel is the service at the front desk, and the pillows. Everything else is mediocre. Room is very dated, there's still a phone jack in the bathroom next to the toilet. Bed was terribly uncomfortable, only way I could sleep was to find the spot at the edge of the bed where the coils and springs were worn down enough to create a little "valley" for me to sleep in, otherwise I could feel them under my body the entire time. Excellent pillows!
TV is tiny compared to more recent hotels, with a paper "menu" channel guide. Standard king room was very spacious, but air conditioner whined while it ran.
Didn't bother using our free breakfast coupons at the on-site restaurant after looking it up and reading the reviews.
Front desk service was very pleasant and helpful. One of the two keys we were given didn't work however.

The service was okay but not very friendly. The room was not very clean; when I plugged a cord in for my CPAP machine, there was garbage behind the nightstand. In the middle of the night, when the toilet was flushed, it flooded the room. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night. The next room we went to was even dirtier than the first. There was garbage on the and garbage on the floor, and it was very dusty. obvious it was not disinfected or wiped down at all.

I requested a room where I could have some privacy and quiet away from the other guests and receptionist said she would. When I got to my room there was so much noise coming from the room above me and next door throughout the day and night. I even made sure I got a room away from other guests and they assured me I did but clearly did not. I also kept having to go to the front desk because my key card wouldn’t work every time I left my room and came back. Very disappointed and unsatisfied.

It would have been nice to know that there was a $250 deposit at check in. $250 is quite a lot for how old the hotel is. Will not be staying there again.

The hotel is fine but the restaurant is beyond horrible. Bad experience at dinner and the included breakfast was awful. Sad that this nice hotel has one of the worst restaurants in town.

We had a room with nice river view. The room was very spacious, it had sitting space close to the window and a nice working station. The bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was very good - it had all we needed for our day ahead.
Bathroom looks like it needs uplifting.

The pool was nasty. So much hair in the pool and a bandaid. The water was cloudy. My wife who has short hair found long hair balls on herself when she showered after the pool. Couldn’t get the gross feeling off. The ac didn’t work. The the screen in the window was torn up. The windows were so dirty we could barely see out them. The rooms are severely outdated and run down. Lack of outlets was a problem. Staff was friendly but won’t be returning. I can get an updated and much nicer room for the same price or only a couple dollars more

We stayed one night and was charged do two separate transactions for the same stay. I contacted the manager at the hotel after calling my bank we told I wouldn’t be refunded. We checked in later in the evening and paid at the front desk. As we were checking in a drunk individual was being escorted out of the hotel bar. Woke up to three police cars with lights on in the parking lot that night. Also don’t count on the sheets being clean either. The “clean” sheet sets were dropped on the hallway floor outside our door right before we checked out. The place smells like a wet dog. I wouldn’t let my dog stay in this hotel.

The hotel is old and in need of updating, but still the room was large and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and professional.
The hotel policy of making you go to the front desk and sign out towels for the pool was weird and awkward as we had to go to the front desk to get and return towels in our bathing suits. The free breakfast was pretty lame, compared to most other hotels on our trip. There was a water leak sometime during the night and the first two floors had water soaking in the hallway to the restaurant. Also felt a little uncomfortable with some of the people that seemed to be hanging around the guest entrance.

The lounge/restaurant staff was extremely high on drugs and unable to function. Our waitress seemed to be a meth or a fentanyl zombie. We had to leave and eat elsewhere, quite inconvenient at that time of day, and frustrating because we chose the Shiloh FOR the restaurant.
The nighttime man (maybe in his 50’s) working the front desk both nights was rude and intrusive, even creepy. He used the cameras to follow me around and follow me when walking the halls. He did not treat us as paying guests.
All other staff were amicable.
Fire Alarm went off in the middle of night two. That sucked.
Room was stuffy with no air flow.
Breakfast was disgusting.

Tidy and clean, room was very spacious. Dog friendly hotel with a great walking path. The staff were friendly, great pool/ hot tub/ steam room after a long day on the road!

Pretty dated rooms on the parking lot side. Not sure how the riverside rooms were. The hot and cold water were backwards in the shower. The peep hole in the door was broken and toilet paper was shoved in the hole. The fire sprinkler in the bathroom was falling out and held in again with " toilet paper". Cracked ceilings and such. The pool and hot tub seemed clean enough.

The front desk clerk was so rude and would not listen to my husband and I. He even hung up the phone on us and Expedia customer service.

The 1st room I had was noisy. The 2nd night, I had to pay more to get a quiet room.
The bar was overrun by a local dart league that was rude to the staff and hotel guests. They kept going in and out the back door of the bar to smoke when it was freezing outside. They never said please or thank you to the bartender and they were loud and cussing. There was a man in the lobby that was yelling on his phone, cussing, and then yelling at his wife and kid. He went out front and was using threatening gestures and language to his wife.
I did not feel safe with all the drunk people carrying on and had to go to my room to eat.
The front desk woman, Sharon, was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, welcoming, caring, and invested in the success of the hotel. It's unfortunate that they have to let locals in who do not respect the property or others.
