Hotel is in a corprate area so it is inexpensive on weekends. A bit out of the way for my needs and there are no restaurants in the area other than fast food. Had to request housekeeping to have room serviced. Stayed for three nights and each request to have the room cleaned was ignored. Staff was friendly and breakfast was nice quality.

I was sleeping in my room when they knocked on my door and I didn't know for fear of who I was I closed, then there was the police and they told me that I had to leave, very bad unpleasant experience because I went to visit some relatives and they treated me badly, just for being from the community gay, The boy on duty laughed when they took me out without justification. I was asleep when all that started.

We were in town for a Grandkid's birthday party and needed a place to stay. We chose this simply because it was there, close and reasonable.
We were delighted: large room, clean facility, attentive staff for check in (not so much for check out) and a decent breakfast. We'll make this our first choice every time we head this way!

When we first arrived it took several minutes for the staff at the front desk to acknowledge us. Someone else from the outside the desk came and checked us in. Bathroom had mildew on the shower wall and someone had patched a spot in the ceiling in shower with old paper towels or napkins. Strong smell of marijuana outside the building at night. Beds were comfortable and the air was cold. Would not stay here again.

The hallways had a strong strong odor of weed, looks to be housing homeless, breakfast attendants were very pushy near the end of breakfast hours, families and individuals still eating, some working at the tables etc and they just start vacuuming around those eating etc. very rude. Check in on 3/12 approx at 3 pm the lady was so unpersonable. Felt she was annoyed with her job.

Reserved a king and got a queen. One of the matresses were broken and not sleepable. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Hallways had an "earthy" smell. BAD.

The hotel is dated and appears vacant. The restaurant the is listed as being on the property is closed. The hotel is non- smoking but smells of marijuana in all areas. The mattress in the room was worn and I could feel the springs. I checked out shortly after checking and did not rebook.

the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. there was a constant smell of pot in all areas but worse in the hallways than in the main areas. people stood outside from smoking pot frequently. event portion and restaurant are not active which leaves the building feeling somewhat desolate thought the interior was nice.

Rooms were well-maintained and smelled good.
The elevators and hallway smelled like urine and weed.
The old elevator is very slow when travelling down 4 stories, it took about 2-3 minutes to get to the bottom floor.

The staff were great, very polite, the area was quiet. We had an issue with the wond having a big crack in it, and at times ants would get in through the window, and there was a missing tile in the bathroom, and the bed was appearing to come off the frame.onto the floor. The continental breakfast was great and fresh every morning.

Upon entering it is very nice. Once we got to the hallway on the floor where our room was, the carpets were stained all the way down and the smell was not good. The room itself was pretty good however we did find baby roaches in the bathroom

This place is a dump. The carpet looks like someone died on it. There's a light switch right by the door that does nothing, and it was pitch black. I had to use my phone's flashlight to find a light. The tv remote wasn't programmed to the tv, and there's no way to change the input. The wifi is terrible. It's slow and keeps disconnecting. We only got 1 key card because they "didn't have that many". We came into the room and the a/c was running! It's almost freezing outside! I could've stayed at several places that were less money, but I didn't want to end up at a place like this one. What a disappointment. At least there are no bed bugs.

The check in and check out was quick and hassle free. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was adequate. The common areas (lobby, breakfast area) were well kept, spacious and clean. The breakfast was well above average. It was a hot breakfast with waffles, eggs, hash browns, biscuits & gravy, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, English muffins etc... Overall, it was a good value. No complaints.

New carpet needed, very musty smell. My room was next to the elevator and was very noisy. This was the second room the first one had running faucet that wouldn't stop.

The hotel was closed. I could not check in. There is a sign on the door that says closed for good. I chatted with a hotels.com agent who did not help me, so i booked another hotel. I am in need of a credit for this reservation.

Property was clean. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Very disrespectful. Their idea of customer service is to act annoyed and treat you as if you’re a burden. Double charged me for the stay and charged me for a night that I didn’t because of the poor staff. Do not recommend.

Front desk was so kind and welcoming. Big plus! The rooms had stains on the floor, in the hallway, and the room wreaked of smoke. The hotel was booked so we didn’t try to change rooms but it was really bad. This is the fault of other patrons. It is a non smoking hotel. Period. Other guests obviously can’t follow rules so that makes it hard to enjoy our room.

My tv didn’t work. Our second bed was completely broken. There was a cigarette burn in the comforter. No phone. No trash can. No working outlets. This place was garbage.

This hotel was built in 1992.
This is also the last time the carpet in the room was clean.
If the owner of this hotel has any residential properties, I guarantee they are a slumlord.

I liked the grab bar in the shower & shelves for towels and toiletries.
Not much in the way of amenities: make up remover, etc. Very noisy at 12:30 AM until 4:00.

When we arrived the desk person was not there...a maintenance person was trying to check us in. The halls smelled like mildew as did our room. There were red stains on the floor in our room. The window curtains had mildew on them as well.

Avoid staying here if you can. No one was at the front desk when we came in, and we had to wait more than 15 minutes until someone showed up to check us in. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Some of the guests were very loud and blasting music around the pool well past midnight.
