Great location, right across the street from one of the main train stations in town. Right on the main street, so it was close to restaurants and a large park in town. Clean, comfortable room. Helpful hotel staff. Great stay!

Just opposite to the Interlaken west train station and close to all other amenities. We booked superior quadruple room with mountain View. The Jungfraujoch view from the balcony was amazing. Very good selection of breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very convenient to transportation, the staff are super helpful and the daily breakfast is very good with lots of choices.
The hotel is a little dated and linens and mattress need improvement. Other that I would recommend this hotel when in interlaken.

Exceeded expectations in all categories.
Friendly and welcoming staff with expert local knowledge , helpful information and advice.
Hotel location is perfect. Often Hotels next to a train station or bus station are not in a nice area but NOT the case at Hotel Bernerhof.
Super convenient and superb views and a short walk to the all important Co-op
