AC Systems are horrible. I was sick for three days after the stay. Also the rooms looked clean until you pay attention to detail. There was Hair everywhere on the carpet, beds, and shower. For the price you can find a better hotel.

Stayed one night for a softball tourney. Hotel was attractive and clean, and a reasonable price, at least the night I booked. It’s not “downtown,” which is good. Free parking. Lots of nearby places to eat.

Very Clean, Very Quiet, Very Friendly and Helpful Staff. Great breakfast, great location. Everything was excellent, I will say the beds were a little firm for our taste, but overall Vert Satisfied

Decent hotel. Very friendly staff, especially at the front desk. Beds are pretty comfortable. Trouble with sink and bath tub drainage. Overall, it’s good.

Not having a local person at the front desk to check us in was a real turnoff (Sonny from India?). Also, having the bathroom sink in the bedroom was awkward, especially since we were 2 parents sharing a room with our adult son.

Very pleased with everything, Room, Breakfast Staffs, Location parking, etc. The only issue which isn't the Hotel was the people cross the hall were smoking to much &^%$#, we had to spray our room with Febreze.

Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Safety of hotel was questionable. One of the doors was malfunctioning and wouldn’t lock. Someone came in and stole breakfast at one point that wasn’t staying at the hotel.

I would give 5 stars except we encountered a very unpleasant Monica at check in. As guests arriving to check in, we interrupted her scrolling on her phone and sipping from her Stanley (or knock off) in the back room (we could see her around the corner). She was extremely short with us and very unwelcoming. I am sorry that we interrupted your social life, Monica, by us simply arriving to pay to stay at the place that pays you to do your job. No worries though, we won't be doing that again. The other staff members we encountered were extremely friendly, pleasant and very appreciative for our stay. Sorry though, Monica ruined it for us as far as repeat customers.

I checked in with my son and the room smelled so bad we were extremely tired and could not get over the wet dog and mold smell. The mattress’s were so worn down it felt like I was laying on the floor. After about an hour we couldn’t take it I asked for a different room and the women working gave me an attitude and just gave asked if we wanted another 2 bed. She gave us a room across the hall that still had the same disgusting smell but at this point it was midnight and we’re were exhausted from flying all day. This room had the same smell plus the bathroom was dirty, there was dust on the curtains we didn’t even sleep under the covers and just left by 6am to get out of there. When I asked for a manager the women working said they went up to smell the room and said it doesn’t smell and there is no manager working weekends. I stay at hotels regularly for work and this was the worst and unbearable place Ive ever been. They would not give me an apology or a refund for the 8 total hours we were there. Extremely unprofessional and I highly recommend not staying at this wretched place.

I wanted to check in early. I called and they said my room was not ready. Then when I got there at 3:15, they told me again my room was not ready. It’s a 3 o’clock check-in.

Check in desk staff not pleasant but did her job. Hotel is older but in good condition. Breakfast was acceptable and breakfast attendant was pleasant and nice to be greeted by outdoor pool only open during daylight hours. Nearby food options. Room clean and bed comfortable.

Extremely disappointing. Staff member didn’t even look at me to greet me. Booked a suite. Room smelled musty, I’m assuming there was water damage from storm that didn’t get taken care of. Bed hard as a rock. Bed cover had a stain on it. Back door from the pool area was not locked or secured by key access so anyone could walk in from parking lot through the pool gate (pool gate also not locked). No cameras outside on property so wasn’t comfortable leaving car in parking lot. Laundry room closed early so had to leave to go to a laundromat and wash my daughter’s wrestling uniform. I never leave reviews but this was just awful. For $170/night? NEVER AGAIN

We chose this for the suites for a kids sports weekend. The issues we had were minor but fixable. Front door was broken so you had to push it open. To get additional towels you had to come get them yourself and the next day they did not replace what you needed so you had to request again additional towels. The laundry services took coins only but the front desk didnt have coins so you had to go elswhere to get coins. Plus they closed the laundry room at 7pm. Finally our last night my kid and wife woke up with asthma attacks at about 1 am our room had a haze as if dust came through the AC. Again all of these are fixable and I hope you do correct for your future guests.

The front doors isn’t open you had to pry them open, you walk in and the smell of dollar tree air fresheners, the smell was horrible. We waited 20min for anyone to show at the front desk and then she asked are you checking in? It was 8pm we were standing there with luggage???!?!?! She gave us rom keys with an attitude like we trusted her nape or dinner who knows. We went to the elevator and the smelled followed got up to our floor and the smell was worse as if they had 10 the air fresheners hidden in the ceiling.. opened our room and and surprise the same.. I looked everywhere for it they had jammed it inside the ac unit.. I can’t believe at this day and they don’t think people have sensitives to smell or even not everyone enjoys the same smells… I thought we needed to find a different place the coughing was horrible. The bathroom Needed renovations it looked like someone kicked in the tub and a 5 year old patched it with papier-mâché. The morning staff were nice, breakfast was simple eggs, bacon, Continental, fruit fruits, yogurt, pancakes, coffee, juices. Pool was small not heated but did the trick.
