The staff are really nice and room was cheap and clean as well as close to town :) ty again hreat job staff!!

20 night stay, first night was good until we were moved to a different room near trash that had roaches, not overwhelmingly per my sis but u will see a few near the sink from the drain i guess. I like that It was a smoking room but sometimes others cigarettes were coming thru conjoined room. i recommend bringing an air purifier for longer stays. Comedy night on Thursday. Nice staff, would stay again in diff building overall decent. Would recommend if u are on a budget and need electric charging as they have charger station right off interstate so good location. Bomb donut shop down the street open late. Would come back, keep up the good work! Please clean better by hiring a COMPANY OR SPECIAL CLEANERS NOT HOUSEKEEPERS U NEED SOMEONE WHO WILL SCRUB AWAY PPLS SINS IN THOSE ROOMS LBS! a deep clean and bomb for pest biweekly if u want to keep customers coming back.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The room smells of urine. There are no towels. All furniture is outdated. The bed is horrible. I found animal poo 💩 in the corner of the room under a nightstand (cat or small dog). There is a cat outside of my room crying. No room changes and no rebooking. This place is horrible. No pool or jacuzzi. The only "nice" thing here is the lobby. I'm going to go and sleep in my car.

I like that is close to freeway. What I don’t like is that the customer service is horrible for example I let them know my tv was not working and they simply said that they couldn’t fix it or change to another room because he was the only employee working there .

Front desk customer service was terrible he rude very rude. The room walls were stained and the paint on the bathroom wall were peeling tub was stained. Also when I came back late my room key was deactivated had to walk back to the office with my kids and it was freezing. Just terrible experience

I liked the location but I was really uncomfortable in the room. It doesn't feel safe or clean to sleep in and I left instead of sleeping there. I checked in around 9:00pmand I am leaving three hours later because I'm cold and I can't sleep.

They gave dirty and unsafe room then charged me more money to get anther room after shaking me down for over a hundred dollars I want a refund half of the amenity’s didn’t exist

For the most part my room had roaches but overall the stay was solid and the staff was cool.

Rooms are awful my bed had dog hairs and blankets and sheets dirty you might as well go stay at hilltop

Place appears abandoned. Wi-Fi was never available during my stay. Front desk staff not responsive, just full of excuses. Bed was comfortable.

Family trip room was clean didn’t like limited time for room service how to be out at a certain time to get your room cleaned. We had to get our clean towels every morning we where there ourselves. That’s the only problem we had. Suite where we was in was quiet.

This place should be condemn.Both televisions in my so called executive "suite" did not work. no cable! The ac did not work, no towels, no tissue, the room was infested with croakroaches, couldnt use frig cause they were in there too.

The room was very spacious with a separate kitchen and living room, but didn’t have any wi-fi therefore it didn’t have any TV programs available. Also saw bugs in the room

The room was hot. The ac was not working. The sheets had cigarette burns in them. The bath tub had peeling paint and the drain was rusty dirty. Kids were running rampant around. I asked them to cancel my room because l couldn't and wouldn't stay with those horrible conditions

Key wouldn’t open our door. Went to office, staff had locked office door and wouldn’t open to speak with me. Had to go to a different hotel. This place was filthy n the exterior and drug dealers all around.

Room is disgusting. Wore shoes in the shower because the whole bath liner was missing. There seems to be people living in this building and they are playing music and fighting/yelling right outside our door. Very sketchy neighbourhood. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here
