This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. Convenient location, friendly staff, clean room with full amenities and fast wifi.

We made a last minute reservation as we were retruning to WA from a family visit in CA. We were weary travelers, and our room was a welcome surprise. It was large, well maintained, and had a very comfortable bed.

My daughters attended OIT up the road, so I have stayed at this hotel several times. I was disappointed that the level of service has been limited. I miss the breakfasts, which were very nice and gave me a chance to talk to other guests. Although my wife and I were only there only there one night so it did not matter, the housekeeping by reservation 24 hours ahead seemed like a problem for guests who were staying longer. (Who knows if they will need clean towels the next day?) This reduction in service, using the excuse of a pandemic that seems long gone, is going to get a negative vote from me. It is now a middling motel.

It seems Shilo has gone downhill since we last stayed here. The pool was not operational, there’s no buffet anymore nor restaurant, and the showers hot water was labeled wrong. We only had two really thin low quality towels for our party of three in the room. There wasn’t much for bath soap and the smallest shampoo and conditioner I have seen. Overall very cheap and won’t stay here again.

The rooms were so spacious and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on!

Rooms are pretty dated *but* very comfortable! Stayed here twice in a week on a longer road trip, both on the way down and on the way home. Second room had a broken lamp but everything else was functional and comfy, staff was always pleasant and helpful!!

We have stayed here many times, it is comfortable, in a hood location and not too far away from city center and other places.
I wish they would find a restaurant to lease the attached restaurant and lounge. It has been closed for two years now. It advertises on several sites, complementary breakfast and restaurant and lounge, but it is not actually open. However, there are places to eat nearby i.e. McDonald’s Burger King taco place a Dutch Brothers within walking distance there is also a nice little food court with food trailers with various types of food Within two blocks that we found fun

Bed was comfortable and slept well. AC was not effective, but it worked adequately. .

There was wi-fi only in the lobby. My husband asked for more coffee packets in our room and was told there were no more coffee packets and he would have to come to the lobby to get coffee. The man that checked us in appeared to be very unhappy with his job as this is the same man that told my husband there was no more coffee packets for rooms very matter of factly with no apology. On your website it states there is breakfast on site, when we got there we were met with no breakfast on site because the restaurant attached to the property was closed. The women that helped us were cheerful and helpful. The room was clean. Overall I rated our experience as poor.

It is a decent hotel, and clean with large rooms. Very comfortable, and a nicer area of town.

Minimal amenities as this hotel is in receivorship/foreclosure, no breakfast, no wifi, empty parking lot. Sad! Came here before maybe 1-2 years ago sad changes. Oh well I guess all good things end also..

View of Klamath lake from our room. Walking distance to so many food eateries. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfy. Staff quick to respond if you call for extra towels. Traveled from out of state with a team of 15 athletes , we all had a Great experience. Thanks Shilo Inn!

We booked a room here for the night through Hotels.com for a stop while traveling. The price was lower than many other similar looking hotels in the area. We were surprised and pleased to get a large clean room with all the essentials needed for one night or even a week. What we couldn't get here was a King bed, but had 2 comfy Queens instead. One the minus side the room was slightly dated, had no breakfast included and the in-room coffee was worthy of one sip only. Still a good deal and we'll look for other Shilo Inns while travelling.

Shilo Inn was immaculate, prompt service and great location. Decor was dated but again, clean and functional. Wished there was more than just 1 elevator for the sprawling 4 level hotel. The rooms are huge!

So-there was enough good and bad to make my overall score of this place just average.
GOOD:
Quick, friendly check in.
Substantial parking
Walkable to dining
Large rooms
Good water pressure
Quiet
Better toiletries than most places
BAD:
VERY dated-rooms and property in dire need of an upgrade
TV is large, but not in hi-def. That is weird
Old, inefficient heating/cooling system.
Sink would not drain properly
Toilet handle was hanging on for dear life
One mattress was so broken down I thought I might roll out of bed on one side. Thankfully had a queen double so I moved to the other bed-which was better
No breakfast at all to speak of
I stayed here strictly based on price-so I guess in some ways my stay reflected that. Definitely a hotel that has seen better days, though. I would only stay here again if, again, the price was right.

The room was spacious and excellent condition. It may have been recently built or remodeled. At any rate the furnishings were like new, the bed was very comfortable. The “kitchen” consisted of a spacious counter with a refer, microwave and a sink. All this was offered at a very reasonable rate. Definitely a “do over” when I’m in Klamath Falls.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the Shilo Inn Suites Hotel was. Everything was so clean. The only thing that had changed from a prior visit is they no longer have a restaurant, so you have to go somewhere else to eat. There are several restaurants in walking distance so that was not a problem. This place was less expensive than some of the other hotels in the area, but just as nice.

Bed was uncomfortable but clean. Room was nice but sofa had holes in it. Staff was nice and curtious.

The room was clean and very comfortable.

The property looks like it was built decades ago and hasn’t been touched since. Lobby, hallways, public areas are original. Most lights in parking light are burnt out, very dark parking lot at night. Rooms were mainly clean, but felt like stepping back in time. Not in a good way.

My husband and I spent last nite at the Shiloh Inn Suites in Klamath Falls, OR. Itinerary #72755154248878. We’ve stayed here many times previous and been quite pleased. This trip, however, gave us a shock that was not acceptable! The heater blew cold air all night, the toilet wouldn’t stop running, the right side of the bed had a large sag in the mattress and lo and behold, this morning there was no shower handle to turn on water to clean up and get out! We really might as well have slept in our car! (That is not real easy when you are 78 years old.). We spoke to the hotel manager, this morning, who advised us that she would happily apply a discount but we had booked thru hotels.com who collected our payment, and we needed to go back thru them for resolution. SO! I am requesting a discount and also registering this report for others to see.

Clean, easy, affordable, friendly staff. I was disappointed to discover that breakfast is no longer offered. The pool looks like it needs freshened up and a good cleaning. The hot tub needs repaired and was out of order.

The hotel was clean and convenient to the frwy and food.
The gym was sparse but I got a workout in.
The staff was friendly.

Cozy and comfortable! The restaurant is closed and no breakfast or coffee in the morning, but otherwise a great place to stay. Coffee maker, fridge and large rooms!

The staff was uninformed about the area and the restaurant was shut down aka dormant. Room was giant, water pressure good. Bed comfortable.

Great spot to stop for the night while bird watching in the Klamath basin.

The Shilo filled our need for an overnight stop and has a recreation center which was great. We stayed a Sunday night and it was quiet which was good with us. I think it used to be more popular but with the restaurant and bar now closed it is not as busy as it used to be. Still good for a night's stop.
6.0
Restaurant was closed. When we booked the hotel it listed the restaurant.
The heating system kept us awake all night.

The water in the adjacent room (probably a faulty toilet valve) ran continuously throughout the night. I informed the front desk but they never responded. It was very loud and disturbing.

place looks very nice on the outside and the lobby. but the rooms are dated the bed was not comfotable at all. the right side of the bed was indented from use. At check out i went to the desk no one was around i waited several minutes then Left. it was a one day trip, maybe next time ill stay some where else.

We booked this property (with Expedia) after reviewing the hotel website. Our decision was solely based on the fact that it had a plus 8 rating and had an indoor pool and HOT TUB.
After checking in, we discovered that the hot tub was out of commission. We asked if we could cancel our stay, as we passed up a hotel that was about $35 less expensive, including breakfast.
The nice young man at the desk was apologetic but said there was nothing he could do. He did not have the authority to make decisions to reverse charges. I asked him to call the hotel manager but he refused. He did send him an email to request that he call me...but, as expected, I heard nothing.
In summary, we spent more money but received less. I guess it's buyer beware...of false advertising. The desk clerk said, "Sir, you booked and received the room and everything else (amenities) are just a bonus. I replied that it was the amenity was the only reason that I booked the room. After 12 hours on the road we booked and paid for a hotel with a hot tub. At very least it should have been noted on their website that the tub was down.
Extremely disappointed...a complete waist of the extra money that we paid to stay here...and be warned...the restaurant is not open either.
